(Yup.)
(Sorry, Cinnamon! And sure. I should list Sardoth's weaknesses too.)

Sardoth strikes at both Bane and Arcturus, a deadly gleam in his eyes. He strikes out at Arcturus' wrists and at Bane's temple, planning on crippling them both.

Deleted user

(It's okay- at least your character didn't get knocked out almost immediately lol. Bane is pretty cool imo btw. )

(I. . . ah. . . sorry, lol.)

Deleted user

(ALL of y'alls characters are pretty cool. Well done everyone :D )

(Thank you! Arcturus, too.)

Sardoth takes the first blow, dodges the second, and sends a fist towards Arcturus' solar plexus, laughing as his blood flows.

And Bane? What does he do? He used the power he’s most skilled with. Umbrageous teleportation. Before Sardoth could strike him, the shadows absorbed his figure. He stepped out of the shadows on the other side of the cell. “Com’on you two. The cell too small for this. And there are a few others in here.” The hound shrugged as he tried to be a mediator. It never worked. “And I could leave if I wanted.” Bane eyed Nix, wondering if they could be of interest. Or maybe the girl. Someone had to break them out. And then it hit. The guard. “So we are just going to tear each other apart and die here. What a pity.” He shook his head disappointingly, his claws still unsheathed in case he was brought back into battle. He could smell the toxic copper in the air. There was always going to be blood.

Arcturus crossed his blades in front of his chest, trying to block the blow, but the force of it slammed his own hands into his chest with an audible oof. He gritted his teeth and lifted both feet off the ground, planting them on the big man's chest and kicking hard. Nahar's Hooves, he's strong…

Sardoth shifts half a foot before stopping himself and kicking back, following it with a feint to Arcturus' left side, completely ignoring Bane now.

The 6 inches relieved the pressure on his chest enough for Arcturus to drop to the ground and shoulder roll away, just dodging the kick. He came up standing next to Bane, and crouched, the weapons in his hands morphing from lighter short blades to heavier short handled axes. The tengwa glowed this time. He growled between his teeth "Listen, Bane, I'm not the one who started knocking people out in here, but by Orome I'm not gonna end up like that!" He gestured at the girl, still crumpled in the corner.

(I'm going to get off after this reply. My phone's nearly dead, lol.)

Sardoth laughs, a grating sound. He jumps and flips, sending a series of punches, jabs, elbows, knees and kicks towards Arcturus' defensless back.

By Lith this is fun!

(good call. Dunno about yall but it's 3 am here so my bed is calling me)

The first punch connected, and a sound like the shattering of glass rang out as Arcturus's ward snapped. He spun in time to catch the next kick in the chest, which knocked him right back against the wall. His axes morphed, more the metal flowing from the rest of his body, to quickly form a curved shield in front of him, but not before one of the punches cracked his nose. He coughed, feeling like the kick had cracked some ribs.

(It's also 3 in the morning, so I should probably sleep as well)

Bane groaned. "You two are absolutely ridiculous. We can either leave now or take this outside. Or I could take your souls out of your bodies, and we could bond, huh?" A lie. He long ago stopped taking people's souls. But by this point, the hound had had enough of Sardoth. And Bane was a terrible mediator. He had been trained as a warrior for a reason. Bane quickly transformed the shadow into a solidified weapon that glistened in the light. It appeared to be a beautiful obsidian sword. "We can do it the easy way or the difficult way. I propose—easy." He growled, but his eyes remained normal. They did not go red, indicating that he was in control of himself. How long before he broke down again? They'd have no idea. Bane decided to intervene after watching the two fight. He pushed Arcturus away from Sardoth with the butt of his weapon. He growled, holding the blade to Sardoth's neck. "The blade will burn your skin. Don't try anything." Bane cast a glance around at the others. "For the time being, we should put aside our differences. You." He looked at Sardoth. "Have knocked out a girl, and now we have a goblin trying to eat the lock. I believe it is best to collaborate." He nodded to the guard at the door.

@Tired-but-passionate

Nix paused in gnawing on the lock for a moment, as the bodies began swaying and pounding at each other. The Elf, the hellhound, and the large man. Nix could not stand them any longer, but their fight made them wary.
They began gnawing in earnest, beginning to find that the action was quite relaxing. Focusing on the voice outside of the door, they stopped and tried picking the lock with a claw again. They spoke to the guard as they did so.
“Want to get out.” Their voice was thin and scratchy.

@imJUSTasillylittleguy group

The guard looked at both sides of the hallway before moving to unlock the door. He opened it enough for the goblin to get out before entering into the cell and moving to grab onto Sardoth, stitching him to the floor as he walked past and moved over to the girl and picking her up along with making sure she was okay. When he had her over his shoulder he signaled to the hound.
"If he wants to spend his time in here, he can. However I'm here to make sure the rest of you can get out." He spoke in a low tone so that he didn't alert the Guards.
He then moved to leave out of the cell.

Sardoth growls at Bane, reaching out and grabing the blade from him, twisting the metal into an unusable lump. He tosses it to the side, dodging the guard.

"Sure, I want out. But there're laws and rules we need to follow-" he starts, before the screaming starts.

@Anxietyfilledcinnamonroll group

Bane glared at Sardoth as he took the umbra blade from his grasp. He shrugged his arms as if to say Really?! "Really bitch. You must be stupid as hell." The blade stung Sardoth's hands until it vanished into shadow. It was never metal in the first place. He snarled in Sardoth's direction. "You're such a great listener. Whatever. You've been an absolute jerk since we woke up. You've engaged in true child's play, considering you act like one." Sardoth enraged the hound, who grabbed Arcturus by the collar of his shirt and dragged the elf out of the cell with him. Bane's right ear continued to twitch. Looking back at Sardoth, he raised the right corner of his lip and scrunched his nose in disgust. This man had turned the helldog against him. A poor decision. A poor decision indeed. "I hear something approaching; let's get out of here before we die." Today had been a bad day, and it was only going to get worse. With a hellhound in the room, they all had a better idea of how bad things were going to get. Death dogs aren't called death dogs for no reason. Bane never followed rules or laws. That's what got him locked up in the first place.

Sardoth glares at Bane, then punches the roof of the cell. The solid stone blocks turn to dust, and he leaps directly out of the cell, the weight of his body making the bones of the castle tremble and shake. In seconds, he was gone. Off to the armory, to retrieve everyone's weapons.

@EldritchHorror-Davadio health_and_safety emoji_events

Arcturus glanced around his shield, watching everything happening. The guard, the goblin, Bane's blade, Sardoth's response, the stitching- he watched all of it warily, and the drama irked him, even as he coughed again. "Gonna stab him…" He rasped out, just before the screaming started and Bane grabbed his collar. Arcturus let himself be dragged, the shield morphing to a 6 ft Elven lhang. His temper was still flaring as they went past Sardoth, so he slashed at the back of the man's legs, trying to hamstring him.

Once they'd exited the cell, he reached into his pouch for some athelas, and began chewing the herb while he tried to get to his feet.
"Bane. Bane! Nahar's Hooves, lemme up!"

@Tired-but-passionate

Nix had dashed out of the cell as soon as the guard let them, their furred legs quickly taking them to the armory. And so, they were already there when Sardoth arrived. They found their knife and put it back in their hilt, and was in the process of stealing everyone else’s weapons.

Deleted user

Sardoth jerks his hammer out of the goblin's reach. Not like the little guy could even budge it in the first place. He also took the other weapons from the goblin.

"Stop that, you little shit." he growls, glaring at the goblin.

(That's fine!)

@Tired-but-passionate

Nix growled back at him, their hands moving to steal the weapons back. These items were worthy of their hoard, and they would be new additions to it, so help them. As could probably be guessed, the little creature didn’t really understand that stealing was… wrong. They pulled at the weapons with their grabby hands and bit the large man’s, but his strength clearly outclassed their own. Soon Nix just hung uselessly from the man’s arm by their teeth.
