@Tired-but-passionate

(Thank you so much ;-; tbh I kinda forgot about them until this rp, and they were painfully underdeveloped so hearing that I did good with them means a lot 🥲)

(I was hoping to get Bane and Arcturus to work together because Arcturus charms animals without meaning to. It doesn't have to work that way, but it would mean you don't have to tone down Bane for them to get along. I like him, personally. Arcturus is just an impatient person XP )
(Glad you remembered Nix, and I hope we find a way to help them stick with the group. Maybe somebody gives him something shiny he likes and kinda accidentally 'buys' his loyalty?)

(I present to you, when Bane's actions catch up to him. I'm so sorry he's so edgy ;-;)

Bane continued smashing the guard's head into the table until he realized what he was doing. The guard's head bled and blood pooled at Bane's feet. Not ever again. He needed to get rid of his desires. He needed to stop listening to the voices in his head. The static roared in his head once more, drowning out all noises of battle and argument. He collapsed to his knees, putting his hands to his temples and whimpering softly. His mind made him feel guilty of his actions. Was he some kind of monster? He never wanted to be like his father, but perhaps he was. His father told him he was the source of the problem, the monster. Perhaps he was correct. The static became unbearable, and he struggled to get to his feet as the room spun wildly. Bane's vision was fading, and his peripheral vision had gone black. He looked up to see Arcturus zip-lining across the chasm (?) and the guard and girl running in the elf's direction, as well as Sardoth killing guards. The hellhound coughed, spewing blood from his mouth, his eyes returning to normal color. The hound was about to collapse. And he wouldn't remember anything. It was the price. Bane desperately attempted to scream for help, but his own body rendered him unconscious.

Arcturus looked over his shoulder just in time to catch the hellhound dropping to the ground. He kept running, but a small voice in his head said He's a kid, and he dragged you out.
He gritted his teeth, annoyed with himself, and spun around. Running back towards Bane now, Arcturus raised his hands, and the metal formed a bow and several arrows. He picked off guards left and right as they ran at the prone hound, and finally reached him.
He knelt, checking for wounds, muttering to himself in Elvish.

(You're good, Davadio. Boy has some daddy issues lmao. He's still learning, fortunately. Also thank you, Tired (May I call you that?), I've been trying to do a digital painting of him for weeks, but it's not going well lol)

Emerse headed straight for the door heading through the twisty hallways as best as she could trying to find a way out of this mess she found herself in.
She turned back to the boy, only to find that he was going back towards the elf and hound boy.
Sutechi moved over to the two of them, making sure to stitch guards to walls and floors when he could so they wouldn't have a chance to fight back at him.
"Is he alright?" He spoke, voice sounding young but still having a low thrum to it.
Emerse groaned as she went back to.the three of them.
"Let's go already!"

(I'm going to bed. Goodnight, everyone who may still be awake!)

The hound had passed out cold, his heaving sides returning to their normal raising and falling. Arcturus' intuition was correct. Despite being considered an adult by human standards, he was just a kid. He was practically in his teenage years for a creature that didn't age after a certain day. And what about an elf? Hell! Bane was merely a child. The blood splattered wasn't mostly his. It was the security guard’s. But he had a hair-thin burn scar on his shoulder blade, otherwise, he was unharmed. His nose twitched, and he briefly opened his eyes before closing them tightly. As he gasped for air, creases formed around his eyes, his face twisting into one of pain. The feelings of guilt remained, but the memories had faded. Bane whimpered softly, feeling the blood stain his trousers. I killed someone again, didn’t I? He was always able to put the puzzle together. He didn't want to open his eyes and see the dear elf and boy checking on him. These epiphanies were always tortuous and revealed his weak points. Bane was one of those who pretended to be strong in order not to appear weak. In this situation, he was forced to display his own words. But, in the eyes of the hound, he was a monster paying for his actions. These blackouts occurred whenever he left his feral state. However, this could be an excellent opportunity to gain the trust of the young hellhound.

(Well I read back through everything, and I'll say this: I love Nix. The "get me that guy's leg" cracked me up. And Sardoth's dying, if he does die, will be more for my peace of mind than anything, since I'm not used to using him, and his personality isn't what I'm actually used to playing.)

(Aye!)
(Don't mention it. I'm flexible.)

As Sardoth kills the black figure, he sees something else coming down the hall.

"Ba'an." he spits, running back and tossing the rest of the party down.

Turning back to the hall, he charges out of sight.
