"Get. Off. Me. You. Goddamn. Bastard," his words were slow but effective. Before any weapon could be lodged in his neck, he flexes his fingers, and claws appear. He digs them into the hand that held the knife to his neck. He pushed the hand up, getting the knife away from his neck. He moved his body, and in a flash, he was pressing his attacker to the ground. "This is not how I usually do things, but it keeps me from being murdered by your ass. Je ne suis pas désolé." He took the knife from Cavendish and tossed it to the side. "Experienced with hellhounds?"
Naize let her wrist blades flow out and lock, poised like a cat to attack. Her legs bent like tension ready springs and her eyes watched every detail
June apperead in front of the hellhound, "Hi! You are a hell hound? Like the servants of Hades kind of thing?" She asked curiously. Devon grabbed her arm, pulling her back a step before she ended up getting attacked.
Bane glared at June, snarling. June hit a point on Bane's "Do not do: hellhound's edition" list. "No. I don't serve Hades. We are the war dogs of hell. We are demon companions. We murder for them, guard for them. Cold-blooded murders." He knows nothing of hellhound myths and hades. Bane presses his claws further into Cavendish's hand, his anger cultivating. He yanks a throwing knife off his belt, seeming to have slipped into the feral mind of an animal, aiming the knife at June's shoulder. He throws it at her.
June disappeared as the knife came at her, reappearing after it passed. "thats to bad, it would give us an excuse to get along." she shrugged.
Naize stood on the sideline. “ are we sure we can trust your word? Where is your demon after all?”
Devon tilted his head, muttering "demon servants? Why don't I know about that-" He closed his mouth once he realized he had spoke aloud.
Naize looked at the man “ you know something?” her tone was different, instead of false kindness, it was curious and now really low, damn near a whisper
Devon took a step backwards, intending to hide in the shadows again. He didn't like being noticed. June rolled her eyes at this, knowing her brother had spoke when he didn't mean to. He often voiced his thoughts out loud, only to realize it too late. She would have to talk to him later.
Bane rolls his eyes as his annoyance grows. He sheaths his claws, gets off of Cavendish, and stands up. His eyes narrowed, and his nose was scrunched. Bane’s hands were on his hips, the red in his eyes slowly fading back into onyx and blue. “I said we serve them, not that there was demon around idiot. And you.” He turned to Devon, “Got something to say?”
Devon took another step back, regretting ever opening his mouth. June stepped in "we know more about demons than like, any of you. sooo thats all" she said in attempt to save her brother from whatever was going on.
“ do yah, care to elaborate?”
Cavendish laughs, a light but harsh sound.
"Kill me. I fucking dare you, hellhound. Kill me, and the wrath of the Guild will be upon you." they murmur.
They laugh at the whole interaction, then get up when Bane gets off.
Bane raised his eyebrow and laughed. "More than the actual demon. You pathetic creatures think you're so high and mighty. I might as well murder all of you rather than spare your lives. After all, we've been getting too buddy buddy." He pulled a dagger from his belt and twirled it in his hand. Was he actually going to rush the siblings? He hadn't made up his mind yet. He was tempted to. It would eradicate his problem. But, it would also create a new one.
"well, more than the hellhound, you know, people tend to know a lot about their own k-"June started before Devon covered her mouth suddenly, he didn't like the fact that others would know things they shouldn't especially not ones trying to kill him.
Naizes eyes dilated like a cat, her body rushing forward. Her knives drawn from her wrists found their targets easily, giving him painful but hair-thin cuts along his pressure points
Cavendish sighs. "Again with the 'pathetic.'"
They sigh and start stripping off their outer layers of clothing. Slowly, a slim, elegant figure is revealed. Slowly, they pull off their mask. Perfect, petite features. An elf. An unknown species, for sure, but still an elf. They have black irises, true black, not the deep greys and blues that eyes usually are. Their skin was deep, flawless, smooth, a deep tanned colour. Their ears were the classical elf ears one usually sees.
"See, the problem is that none of you realize that an elf such as me has power greater than anything you can fight." they murmur.
They launch themselves with speed upwards, lashing out in a kick that knocks Bane unconscious immediately, then draws two daggers, lashing out with both towards the twins.
“ can still try.” naize huffed
They cock their head. "Then try, and fail."
Nazie gave a soft growl. ( sorry for changing her a bit, forgot to mention some stuff in the sheet)
The twins vanished the second the attacking started, avoiding any danger. They reappeared in an alley a few yards away, and June glared at her brother. "the hell? Why do you just run all the time?" She glared.
"you know I don't like fighting"
"why, you could wipe them out easily"
"exactly. I get it, you like using your power for violence, but I don't not after…"
"yeesh you are still bothered by that, it was years ago, so what if you started the fire, she didn't want us anyway."
"Shh!…I don't want them to hear"
their bickering quieted to a whisper as they continued arguing. June was surprised, this was the most her brother had talked at once around others in years.
(It's fine! I do it quite a bit. Like this.)
Cavendish tilts their head. "What? Scared?"
“No, thinking,” she mumbled
Bane's regenerative healing kicked in, the cuts healing themselves almost immediately. He wakes up a few short moments later. He looked at the two fighting and scoffed. Bane figured this could be the best time to slip away. Off he went, right towards the shadows. No demons would be controlling him, no elves threatening to roundhouse kick him, and especially getting away from the human girl. She was bold and stupid. He slunk into the shadows, his night vision activating, and watched the two people quietly, calculating every move. If he ran now, he could move faster on paw than on foot.
Devon disappeared becoming one with the darkness. June scoffed, pulling out her knife and watching the elf and the chick. She frowned, "why are they fighting? wasn't her target the dog boy?"
Cavendish flicks a negligent hans out towards Bane as he tries to leave, paralyzing him immediately. "Not yet."
They turn to Neize. "About what?"
“ where the fuck the other to went” she said,
Cavendish smirks. "Oh, that's easy. . ."
They look back at June, knowing that Devon is nearby.
(#Bane’splansruined lmao. Imma disappear to go to class. Be back in a bit lol)
