(I imagine it happens a lot, then? That's cool! Everyone, on hold!)
(Yeah sorry. You guys can go on without me during school hours. It’s okay with me. But I am out of school now, so I’m good now!)
Bane grunted and pouted the best he could pout. “That’s not fair! Why wouldn’t you want me to leave? Im trying to not be murdered by that crazy bitch!” He puffed his cheeks out and resorted to his sympathy tactic: little whines and big puppy dog eyes. He quits the act and mumbles. “I could easily overpower you.”
June skipped over to Bane, "You are so adorable when you are angry, like a little puppy" she chuckled, patting his head just to piss him off. She looked innocent enough, with her bright soft smile and her childish demeanor, but her blood red eyes showed the true killer she was. Devon was hiding in the shadows, moving from one spot to the next, his black sword in his hand.
Bane growled, the red eyes coming back, taking over his normal eye color. “I will bite your fucking hand! I am not your pet!” He tried to move his body to no prevail. The need for murder shone in his eyes. This doggie craved bloodlust, something to make him feel better. Something to bring him back to civilness. It seemed like he switched between this state and a civil one constantly. This could either be a big problem or not. He knew there were ways to control him, but he wasn’t about to get talking.
“ you need blood correct? Must it be from your fangs or from a metal cut?”
Bane’s face twists and turns sour. He has the look of an annoyed mother mixed with an angry warrior. “I am no goddamn vampire! I can survive off blood, yes, but I want to see it spilled. I want it spilled by my own hand!” He finally gets released from Cavendish’s paralytic spell. He smiles and stands up, targeting Neize. “If you must know, demons get blood frenzies—so do us demon dogs. There are ways to stop it, but—“ He stalks closer to Neize, his claws extended. “Sometimes you just can’t. No matter how hard you try to change.”
June grinned, stepping back from Bane. "yeah the thirst for blood is really cool to watch. I don't get it much, I prefer watching the light leave peoples eyes and letting my brother do that." she shrugged, watching Devon glare at her from the shadows. "come on Dev, come out and play with the rest of us"
Naize stood firm. Something glowing along her cheekbones, framing his face in a greenish ethereal glow.
( alright I changed it if you wanna see kinda what it looks like)
Bane crept closer to Nazie, his eyes unfocused. It was clear he wasn't in charge of himself anymore. He's slipped into the dreaded feral mind where everyone is a target. He snarled and lept at his target, turning into his wolf form mid-air. His form was huge, the fur black and short except around his neck. His tail was a fluffy wolf tail. Do not pet him; he is not pet-able. He landed on his target. Such a primal rage allowed him to inflict more damage than normal. That's what made him a weapon. He could murder a whole group of people in seconds, but he wouldn't remember after. Bane snarled, showing his teeth. His mouth was open as if he was about to put it around Neize's neck and snap it shut.
Naize, out of fear had used the power shed hated so much, her bones cracked and skin tore, her body grew fur and deer-like horns. Her sleek bobcat form glowed ethereally green
Cavendish listens carefully, snickering.
"So, the poor puppy wants free to chase his tail, huh?" she snarks, watching as Bane launches himself towards Naize. She freezes both with a single small gesture.
"As much as I woul like to see you two kill each other, I think we have a more. . . pressing. . . issue on hand. How did we all end up here?"
Devon walked up to the hell hound, his hands in his pockets., looking relatively unamused.
Bane was an angry ball of fluff. Pressing issues or not, he wanted to murder. He wanted to so badly; he was willing to get himself murdered. It took him a few moments and being frozen to calm down, stifling his urges. The wolf turned back into his humanoid form, eyes closed. When he reopened them, he looked a tab bit confused. He didn't remember the last few moments. As for how he got himself in the middle of this, he wasn't sure. One moment he was following orders, then he was getting into quarrels. "What the hell happened!?" He shook his head and locked eyes with Devon. "Tell your sister not to pet me. I hate when random people do that." He narrowed them and wondered why he was staring at him. He rolled his eyes. Bane seemed a lot more complacent.
Naize, still looking like a cross between deer and bobcat, just stared at the hellhound, scared almost shitless. Her small tail was poofed along with hair raised on her back. The glowing claws stayed out and were ready to tear flesh
"she does that" he shrugged, looking the male over. His eyes turned to a red-brown, no longer glowing, the shadows no longer seemed to flow from him. He looked like just another plain guy, minus the black sword that seemed to suck the light from the air around it that he held.
"Can I help you?" Bane growled. His eyes were their normal onyx brown with the right eye being partially blue. He looked behind him to make sure no tail was manifested. He glared at Devon, trying to gauge what he was up to. Bane held onto the hilt of his umbra sword just in case. He didn't want any more surprises. "What are we to do now?" he glanced at Cavendish. "Hey! weird elf person that paralyzed me. You look like you're smart. What should we do now before we all try to murder each other again?" His tone was light with a hint of sarcasm along with seriousness.
(well, I am off for today)
(Okay! You want us to wait?)
Cavendish tilts their head. "First off, my name is Cavendish. Second off, we should get to somewhere safe."
They look up, just as a high powered sniper round got within an inch of her face. They look directly at a tower in the distance. "There's a sniper up there. Very accurate. More than 100 meters, and they would've gotten me, then all of you."
They grab everyone, then picks them up easily, including Devon. They make their way to a nearby safehouse.
(if you want, idc)
Naze dug her claws into the woman as she does for comfort.
Cavendish doesn't even wince. They kick open the door, then sets everyone down, kicking the door back closed.
"Now. Give me your names." they murmur.
Danger wolf fights back as he doesn't like being dragged along. "I HAVE LEGS! I CAN WALK MYSELF!" More hissing and growls pursue his shouting. "I can take care of anything—nothing can take me down." He has ceased his rapid movement to get himself out of Cavendish's grasp. He knew it was probably useless, and he'll never be put down. "I could have easily shadow traveled over here. It's one of my best skills." He rolled his eyes and mumbled, "Everyone's got to be a hero." He glanced around and pretended he never said a word. "My name is Bane. Being sneaky is my game—that's a horrible tagline self."
Naize shifted back “ naize.”
Cavendish tilts their head. "As in Bane Malice?"
They look at Naize. "And Naize. . . Blackheart?"
He let out a nervous laugh. "How did you know that? Wait—I know my dad soiled my family's name among supernaturals, but I was not involved in the murders. Do not hold me accountable, you strange elf." He bit his lip in frustration. He winced when one of his fangs punctured it. His wolf tail manifested, and it flicked in beat with his heart. "GODDAMN IT! I hate when this happens. It only does when I feel extreme emotion :(."
“ yes,” she said and sheathed her blades
Cavendish laughs. "Don't worry, Malice. My family was involved as well. Indirectly, but nevertheless. I won't hold you accountable. And besides, I'm on good terms with your father. Ever see a mysterious shrouded figure stopping by? That was me. Well, some of the time. Othertimes, I believe it would have been other. . . aqaintences. . . of your fathers."
They turn to Naize. "And you. . . well, I don't know all that much. But supposedly, you're one of the better assassins out there."
