Kaito couldn't help but laugh as well when this happened. "I see you're enjoying these stories!" He took a second to stop laughing before continuing to share his many stories. He was clearly enjoying his time with Shuichi.

Shuichi wiped his nose " I love you.. i- I mean I love your stories I.. I meant stories!" He studered out. His face went a deep red

Kaito blushed a bit when Shuichi said that. "U-um…anyways…" He went back to discussing his stories, but the energy was no longer there, as he was rather lost in thought about what Shuichi said.. He would occasionally blush at those thoughts, too..

Shuichi laid his head down. I messed up.. he thought after noticing kaitos voice tone change

Kaito looked at Shuichi. "Shuichi, did I do something wrong?" He was a bit concerned.. "Are you okay?"

" y..yeah im fine. And I was thinking the same thing. Y..your tone changed when I said that.." he said and kept his eyes on his hands " but the thing is. You were the person who didn't pay attention in highschool! " He said speaking his heart rather then his head

"Well…your statement…it put some thoughts into my mind…" Kaito sighed, glancing at Shuichi before looking away. "I may as well just come out and say it. I love you, too…and yes…I do mean that romantically. I have since high school.."

Shuichi smiled softly " really?" He asked softly

Kaito turned his gaze back to Shuichi. "Yeah.. I just never mentioned it to you.. So, wanna be my boyfriend?" He smiled as he asked that.

Shuichi laughed at how blunt he'd asked the question " yes kaito I would." He smiled warmly

Kaito got up and sat next to Shuichi, then pulling the other close to him. "I love you." He smiled and kissed the other.

Shuihi was a bit shocked by the kiss but he eventually kissed back. He interlocked their hands. Once the kiss was broke shuichi smiled " love you to kaito.."

Kaito smiled at the other. "I'm really glad I have you. Maybe we could go and turn our lives into a fun adventure together!" He was getting excited again, and it showed.

" maybe, but I still have my job here.." he said

"I know, I know, but even so, I'm sure we'll be able to live our lives to the fullest and make many fun memories!" Kaito was still excited.

Shuiki smiled. " Your so handsome when you smile.."

Kaito bluished a bit at that, but he continued to smile. He couldn't be happier.

Shuikis blush got a bit darker. " What now love?" He asked softly

"We can honestly do anything you want to, my beautiful, shining star."

(Which is a nickname for Shuichi that I stole from my girlfriend calling me that in our Saimota theme 24/7-)

(chuckles. Oki) shuiki smiled at the new name. " Can we go home and cuddle? Maybe you could actually sleep?" He teased

"Cuddles sound nice right now, actually." Kaito smiled as he stood up. "And I think I'm good in terms of needing sleep at the moment, thank you." He was being playfully sarcastic, which was obvious given the huge smile on his face.

Shuiki leaned up and kissed him again. " You lead the way smarty-pants"

Kaito couldn't help but chuckle at all the playful teasing. He took Shuichi's hand and led him back to his house, the conversation mostly being Kaito expressing his love for Shuichi.

Shuiki leaned on the other, smiling softly at kaito.

Kaito would always look at Shuichi with a smile, enjoying every moment.

Shuiki the same. Once they got home the smaller flopped on the bed "mmm" he hummed in contentness

Kaito smiled at this, finding it adorable. "You're adorable, Shuichi." He simply stood there, smiling at his boyfriend, before lying next to him. "Anyways, now we can cuddle."

Shuiki smiled and nuzzles up onto the others chest.
