Kaito wrapped his arms around the other and held him close. "I love you.." He yawned after he spoke, it being clear that he could use some sleep.

"I love you.." he said and held closer to the other.

"I love you, too.." His voice grew quieter and softer as he began to fall asleep.

Shuiki smiled. He stayed close to the other, letting him fall asleep before he himself drawing sleep.

The two slept peacefully for a few hours, regaining the energy they had used during the day. They remained close to each other the entire time, both seeming to enjoy the cuddles. After a few hours, they both awoke.

Shuiki opened his eyes, nuzzling his nose back into Kairos chest. "Mm "

Kaito opened his eyes a couple of minutes later. He smiled a bit realizing that Shuichi was still next to him, nuzzling into his chest. "Hey, Shuichi.. Did you sleep well?"

"mhm.. you?" He mumbled, wrapping his arms around the other.

"I slept pretty well.." He smiled a bit as he held the other close to him.

Shuiki coughed a bit. His soft whine when he finally stopped

Kaito appeared to be a bit concerned when that happened. "You okay…?"

" yeah. Im fine" he half lied.

Kaito remained concerned, a bit suspicious of the statement. "Are you sure?"

" yeah" he shivered a bit and nuzzled closer to kaito. His soft whine from under the blankets was nearly silent.

Kaito sighed and held the other close to him. "I'm not really sure about that.." There was a fair amount of concern in his expression and tone.

Shuiki started coughing again, his chest hurt.

Kaito gently placed his hand on the other's forehead. "You're rather warm…" He stood up. "I'm just gonna go see if I have anything to help you.. I'll be back in a moment, okay, Shuichi? Just relax.."

Shuichi nodded. Curling further into the blankets

Kaito then exited the room, heading to the bathroom. After searching for a couple of minutes, he found some medicine and returned to Shuichi. "Okay, I luckily happened to have some medicine to help you.. Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon.."

Shuiki took the medicine, afterward pulling the other down next to him. " Thanks.."

Kaito held the other close to him, trying to make him as comfortable and happy as he could. "Of course, Shuichi.. I just want you to be okay.."

Shuiki smiled and started to cough. " Ouch.." he mumbled softly

"Hopefully you'll be okay…" He sighed and looked away for a moment, using the few seconds he wasn't looking at Shuichi to hide all of the worry he was feeling..

" hiding emotions will do you no good.." he said softly as he nuzzled back into the others chest

Kaito continued to look away for a moment before returning his gaze to Shuichi. "I don't know what you're talking about. I've expressed all there is to express.." He didn't want to lie to his boyfriend, but he really didn't need to add to his boyfriend's problems, so he thought it was the better idea.

".. " shuiki sighed " if you say so.."

Kaito looked away once more, becoming distant. The lack of energy in his tone was enough to imply he was hiding something, and how distant and silent he had become only seconds later truly showed that something was bothering him. While he was attempting to hide it, truly not wanting to concern his boyfriend, he was rather worried about the other, almost all of his thoughts related to the current events.

" kaito.. please.. don't shut me out.." he said softly

"I'm not trying to shut you out…" He looked at the other once more, not even bothering to attempt to hide his emotions any longer. "It's just…I'm usually so optimistic… I don't even know how to describe what I'm feeling, and…well…I don't wanna worry you.. You've got enough to deal with.. I don't wanna add to it…"

" I'm sorry you feel that way, but you could never burden me. I promise. "
