Holly was one of the last clones of Hati to break off and find her stride; she loved working the desk, but also felt that sometimes the system to vet adventurers and make sure they weren't being sent in over their heads wasn't perfect...and the more she dug, the more she found that could be improved.

So she was encouraged to take up that position full time, and with some help has established a department within The Adventurer's Guild that helps double check everything. This has helped save the lives of countless adventurers as well as establish that incoming reports cannot be as vague as they once were to help cut down on expending resources and sending people to deal with problems that townsfolk or nearby bigger cities could without needing Guild intervention.

It's a long process that requires constant tweaking and reworking to keep it going but Holly has found herself in that work and she's good at it so everyone's happy.
