Ivy is another who was clearly showing a preference long before her and the other clones of Hati were encouraged to become individuals - in her case, running messages.

The castle that houses The Adventurer's Guild is large and paperwork needs to be run all over or even out into the city beyond in some cases. The Guild employs couriers to do this work and Ivy was always among them when she could be.

As such, when encouraged to pursue her own interests Ivy quit working the front desk and set herself up as a runner. Being in charge has been offered, but that means not actually doing the job and handling all the paperwork that comes with it which is exactly what Ivy doesn't want to do. She just wants to deliver paperwork and packages as quickly as possible, brag with the other runners about delivery times, discuss shortcuts through the castle and town, and be an average person instead of a clone.
