Alongside the original Hati and a few other clones, Lily is mostly responsible for minding the front desk of The Adventurer's Guild. She's one of the first faces seen by fresh adventurers and those coming back from whatever missions they were sent on, and that's a job she takes very seriously.

Lily always has a smile to greet those who approach, and always seems to know just what to say in seemingly every situation; prayers and mourning for the dead, a kind word for the nervous, words of encouragement for those who feel the weight of their job.
