Regina was born and raised in Palo Alto, California by her parents. Her father was a flamboyant contracted decorative painter who adored painting in abstract expressionism, working for anyone who'd buy his services, even criminals since he believed they were only forced to be such due to circumstances. Her mom and maternal aunt co-owned a flower shop called A Rosa Desflorada that, in addition to selling flowers, focused on embracing the taboo and normally shameful as being part of human nature, specifically in regard to female sexuality. Because of this, the shop only had women as employees, not because men weren't allowed, but because they didn't want to associate with such a store. As the owners, they would wear short sleeve shirts with a cutoff just below the breasts and an open chest window, not to mention dress pants. The employees would wear similarly scantily clothing on the job, not because it was required, but because they wanted to since they resonated with the store's ideals. Her aunt could be seen as basically the face of the shop while her mom was moreso the behind-the-scenes glue who managed the little things, though she was no less provocative than her little sister. As a child, she mostly enjoyed playing HoloWars, a game played on a high-tech tabletop involving holographic soldiers. After a week, she moved from Easy Mode to Hard Mode, always winning. Even against her parents and aunt, she was never beat. Even with holding back at first, they soon realized what a prodigy she was at the game and couldn't win even when trying or working together. Upon entering high school, she became her school's HoloWars representative after beating every other candidate in a little tournament. It was also around this time where she started to gravitate more towards her aunt's ideals due to constantly spending time at the shop. As a freshman, she asked her aunt Rosalia why she had the beliefs she did, to which her aunt told her about how she became a social pariah as a high school junior after getting caught in the locker room lap dancing for her boyfriend, regretting nothing except for the fact that she dated a guy so pathetic that he regretted the joy he felt initially and tried to dissociate from it. The only person who stood by Rosalia was her sister Sofia, who was initially not as passionate as her sister in terms of sexuality until that day. Rosalia even felt a little jealous of Sofia for a while since unlike her sister, she couldn't find a man comfortable with her passionate sexuality and every man she was interested in tried to tone her down. Regina felt a similar kind of hatred for the man due to his spineless attitude as well as a newfound respect for her parents. She decided that in addition to being her school's HoloWars rep, she'd work for her mom and aunt, sporting similar fashion to them not just for work, but any place possible. Regina would win many HoloWars competitions representing her school, not to mention several HoloWars games with coworkers, often gambling money. These constant wins lead her to pursue more professional endeavors with the game after graduation. Since HoloWars professional tournaments were rather lax in terms of dress code, Regina would wear clothes similar to her work outfit as she played, attracting attention due to her willingness to dress outside modest bounds, not to mention the unreal tactics she used to defeat countless players. Unbeknownst to some, however, Regina would get money by using a second phone she stole to text HoloWars fans so that she could bet on herself, gaining money with each win through mobile payment services. She got the money to do this betting by donating her egg to a sperm bank a month after turning 18, albeit an underground one so that she'd receive more money from them. After 4 years of this, she was eventually caught and completely blacklisted from professional HoloWars tournaments. As a result, she would spend her time working at her mom and aunt's shop. Her aunt and parents weren't really mad at her considering that while she did bet on herself, it's not like she sabotaged her opponents prior to the match. If anything, they were impressed by just how bold she was to consider doing this. Rather, her father was mad at the HoloWars professional organization, figuring that since her self-betting wasn't as bad as it seemed, they clearly used this as an excuse to get rid of her since they couldn't handle seeing such a sexually liberated woman in their circles. Regina would visit a criminal underground club where some people would gamble playing HoloWars. She quickly attracted many people who wanted to try and dethrone her, but they never succeeded and she kept amassing riches. Eventually, when Regina was 25, she met a man named Byron Narciso who recently became Northern California's biggest crime boss. He, like many others, tried defeating her but to no avail. Unlike everyone else, though, this only made her more fascinating. As they played more and more, Byron began to realize his feelings for her. Regina, though she always won, grew fascinated not just by Byron's small growth throughout the game, but in how his tactics were always the most ruthless of anyone she's played. Because of this, they began dating. What truly attracted Regina to him was how he was not only perfectly fine with her overt display of sexuality, but he didn't try to tame or subdue her into something submissive and breedable. To her, Byron was the opposite of the man her aunt did a lap dance for, and that made her crave him, though not enough to distract her to the point of losing to him. During the later portions of their dating life, Byron revealed that he tracked her down using his son's DNA because he used her egg in conjunction with his sperm to conceive his son, Casimiro. Initially taken aback by this a bit, she asked why he wanted to meet her, to which he responded that his son's traits that didn't come from him felt so wonderful that he just had to meet the woman responsible. Regina wasn't too bothered by the fact that her egg was used since she figured it would happen, but the fact that Northern California's boss considered her genes necessary to combine with his own made her even more infatuated with him. When he told her about his plan to control the entire human population with microchips for him and his loved ones, she practically wanted to marry him. Such a plan would allow her to live as shamelessly as she wanted without anyone stopping her. Luckily for her, she would end up becoming his wife and taking his name.

Regina has the ability to invert the senses of her opponents. Up becomes down, left becomes right, forward becomes backward, and vice versa.
