(Could my character be like- a cyborg? Wanted to ba an uplifted, but I also like the idea of being a CI- so I thought Cyborg-)

(hmm. I suppose I'd be interested to see how that would work, given that the CI's are so mechanical. And they would have to be old enough to have existed before the war, since no new tech has been developed since. but sure :)

(Another question- do the uplifted evolve into a hmaniod form, or wiuld they keep their animalistic form? Like a cat. Would they stay looking like a house cat, or would it turn into a puss in boots situation?)
