Yeah, it's alright. I totally understand not wanting to ask for help, but in the end it's usually better to give it a shot. Once you get your template in, I'll probably get to working on a starter. If anyone else wants to join, they can pop in in the middle since that fits with the whole time travel thing we've got going on.

Alright! Basically the idea is we start after our squad gets out of a new portal. They've already been a team for a little while at this point, but not super long. They don't have any idea where they are and decide to look for anywhere they could find information. After some wandering, they end up finding Lon-Lon Ranch and ask Malon for directions. She figures them out pretty quickly, they end up staying the night and heading out in the morning, and we go from there. Thoughts?

Breaker wasn't sure what he was expecting when he stepped through the strange, swirling portal. The burning slopes of Death Mountain? A Hebra blizzard? A monster ambush? The possibilities were endless, and even he wasn't naive enough to expect everything to be rainbows and butterflies. And yet, once Cal and Weaver were out, he looked around to find that none of these were the case. They were in a flat, open area. Some kind of… plain? There was a thick forest nearby, and a plateau that looked like it might have a few structures on it. If he squinted, he could even see some kind of wall in the distance. "Okay, so… what's the plan?" he asked, facing his companions. Cal crossed his arms.

"If we stay out here, we're vulnerable. We should look for somewhere to set up camp, if not a town," he said. Breaker nodded.

"Alright, any idea where we should look?"

"I would recommend that wall, but I obviously can't clime, due to my feet." Weaver said showing off his webbed feet. "I wish i could just swim above it, but noooo, land has to be weird. And I have to be stuck on the ground. He sat down on the ground and sulked.

"There should be an entrance, and there will either be a fort or a town behind the wall, but it's far enough that we probably won't be able to make it there before night falls," Cal said.

Breaker looked at Weaver and furrowed his brow. "Hey, speaking of your feet, do you need to rest for a little bit? I mean, it's not like you've got shoes to protect them, walking for this long has got to hurt."

(This is assuming he doesn't have some kind of custom boots or something, it didn't look like it in the pic but if I need to edit this then I can!)

"Yes actually, Why do you think I'm sitting down." Weaver said. "And what're we going to do when we get to a town? I'm kinda scaley?"

"We could try and say you're half-Zora?" Breaker joked. He chuckled at his own joke and decided to join Weaver on the ground, sitting with his legs crossed in front of him.

Cal's gaze moved to the plateau. He looked at it for a second before turning back to look at the others. "There's something up there. Buildings. Which means there's probably a way to get up. It's probably our safest bet for finding shelter," he suggested.

"wytrlans may have been born to evolution, but guess what? Half-zora's don't exist." Weaver shook his head. He was getting nowhere. "Can I borrow, some boots and gloves if we make it to town? it'll probably be easy for me to hide my excess scales with my cloak." He pushed his ears in the holes of his cloak.

(Gn! Or probably good morning when you see this, haha)

"…I was joking," Breaker clarified, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. "But I think I have some spare gloves you can borrow, yeah."

"They'll be much too big, but there's a pair of boots you can use in my Slate," Cal offered. He retrieved the device in question from his hip and started swiping through it. Three apples materialized in his arms. "While we're stopped, we should eat something. Here," he said, offering one to both of the other heroes.

"Oh, thanks!" Breaker said. He accepted his apple and bit right into it.
