”It’s ok.” she assured him since she liked the feeling. ”Any other time and I would be glad to stay longer…” she admitted. But she couldn't put off either of her jobs for too much longer.

”I will be.” she promised before hugging him close. ”You be careful too.”

She smiled softly at the promise. ”Thank you.” she whispered before kissing his cheek.

She hummed a little and looked up at him.

She gave a half-hearted smile and headed to the guestroom. She was stalling and she knew it. In fact, she wouldn't be surprised if Killian knew it too. It was obvious.

Killian smiled a little as he wateched her go.

She glanced back at him and smiled genuinely before blushing and picking up the pace to get to the room.

He laughed a little bit, going over to watch his fish for a moment.

As she heard him laugh, she felt herself blush more. She couldn't believe she acted so childishly.

He waited for her to come back down, smiling a little.

She took maybe a little longer than necessary to grab the bag, partly because she was waiting for her face to return to a more normal shade and straightened out the bed a little before she went back downstairs.

He looked up when she came back, shooting her a soft smile.
