Melissa smiled brightly, and picked up her pace to make their way to the park. "Awesome! Are we going to the clearing?"

"Presumably." Lucas followed Melissa, humming softly to himself. "If you want to go there, we'll go."

“Mm, again, I’d like to go there. As long as you’re alright going.” Melissa smiled softly, slowing her pace to walk besides him.

Lucas nodded, smiling as well as he walked alongside Melissa. "I'm perfectly fine with it, darling."

Melissa gave him a little smile, leaning over to kiss him. “Mm, does that mean I get more cuddle time?”

"Mhmm~" Lucas returned the kiss with a matching smile. "If you want me to, I'm perfectly happy to oblige."

Melissa grinned, resting her head on his shoulder. “You know I like cuddling with you.”

"Mhmm. I like it as well." Lucas wrapped his arm around Melissa and held her close to himself.

“Mm, I’m glad to hear that. I wouldn’t want to cuddle you if you didn’t like it.” Melissa hummed softly, loosely wrapping her arm around his waist.

"Well, I do. I enjoy it a lot." Lucas kissed Melissa's cheek softly. "I think I'm pretty touch starved, so it's always nice."

“I’m always happy if you need it. Honestly, I’m always down for a hug.” Melissa replied in a soft tone, nuzzling into his shoulder.

"Sounds good to me." Lucas smiled a bit and held Melissa a bit closer as he kept walking. "We're almost there."

Melissa nodded a little, letting him pull her close. “Love you…~” She mumbled softly.

"I love you too~" Lucas led Melissa into the park and through the trees until they reached the clearing.

As soon as they made it to the willow tree, Melissa smiled even brighter before coming and sitting down at the base of the tree. “This place never ceases to amaze me… it’s always so gorgeous…”

"Mhmm." Lucas smiled as well and sat beside Melissa by the tree. "I love it here. I'm lucky to have found it."

“Yes, yes you are. I’m lucky enough to be trusted by you to share.” Melissa grinned, curling up close.

Lucas held Melissa close and kissed her cheek, his smile brightening as well. "Mhmm. You've earned it."

"Mm, have I? How so?" Melissa asked softly, nuzzling into his shoulder. "Just in general, you trust me?"

"Well, I dunno… of course I trust you. You've always been a great friend, Mel." Lucas smiled softly.

"Mm, I try to be. I'm glad it shows." Melissa hummed lightly, reaching up to play with his hair.

"Mhmm~…" Lucas leaned into Melissa's hand with a happy sigh, closing his eyes. "I love you, Mel…" He murmured.

Melissa smiled brightly, sitting up enough to kiss him. "And I love you, Lucas." She replied with a hum.

Lucas returned the kiss and relaxed, humming softly to himself. "How long are you wanting to stay?"

"Mm, dunno. Not too late, though. Just for a little while." Melissa smiled, dropping her head on his shoulder. "As long as you're alright with it."

"That's perfectly fine with me, Melissa." Lucas smiled softly and kissed Melissa again. "I'll stay out as long as you want."

"Mm, then that's what I wanna do. Just sitting here with you sounds lovely…" Melissa replied softly, yawning a bit with smile.

Lucas nodded and rested his head against Melissa's, closing his eyes as he relaxed. "I love you…"

Melissa kept smiling, nuzzling closer. "I love you too. You're one of the best things that's ever happened to me."

"I could same the same about you, darling." Lucas toyed with Melissa's hair a bit, humming softly to himself.
