Hey, I'm here if you need it, which obviously you do. What kind of encouragement do you need, do you need a distraction or a place to sort things out.

Heya dude, if you wanna talk we can totally listen to you

Just know that you'll be okay and that the depression will pass like most things

@Elder-God-Whisper

Just a little out of sorts… My counselor is trying to get my dad to get me to a counselor, because "I think you're depressed, Dani" ('Really? Gosh, I can't believe you didn't notice my hereditary bipolar for 2 YEARS') And I just want to know I'm not alone in having this or that people actually care.

@amber_is_in_a_loop

Whisper, love, we care so much. I’m really glad you reached out, and I want you to know that I among many others will be here if you ever need anything, okay? Talk to us, as you’re doing, and we promise to help however we can.

Oh, dear, I know how that feels. I have a few mood disorders and depression.

@The-Magician group

Trust me I know exactly what that feels like. I was told they would help me, I was told they might put me on medication for my depression, bipolar and insomnia. Did they? No. They sent me to a group session for anxiety

@Sleep-deprived-and-Stupid group

I don't have a phone (this just happened to be unblocked on my school chromebook) and so I can't avoid my feelings with memes or music. I have to actually deal with my mental health. But I'm kinda vibin in art class, drawing with music and I got snacks.

@YukiSenoue group

I have depression and anxiety. They're mostly controlled, I take medicine everyday, but there's always that days when I'm feeling like absolute shit.
Pretty sure my sedentary lifestyle is not helping at all…

@YukiSenoue group

"sedentary lifestyle"?

"A sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle involving little or no physical activity. A person living a sedentary lifestyle is often sitting or lying down while engaged in an activity like reading, socializing, watching television, playing video games, or using a mobile phone/computer for much of the day."

Y'all, how do I get over this perfect girl?

Find everything that is not perfect about her. Unfortunately, if this is someone whom you actually like, it will only make you like them more, but then you know.
