Killian grinned at her, winking flirtatiously. "Hey, Sophie." He greeted, walking inside and taking off his shoes.
Killian grinned at her, winking flirtatiously. "Hey, Sophie." He greeted, walking inside and taking off his shoes.
”Glad you remember me.” Sophie smiled flirtatiously back with a playful giggle. ”Your girlfriend’s in the kitchen making lunch.”
”I’m not his girlfriend!” Jade shouted.
Killian laughed, and headed into the kitchen. "Make me a sandwich, woman." He teased, grinning.
Jade rolled her eyes and splashed a red sauce covered spoon at him. ”It’s spaghetti and homemade sauce. Didn't have much else around.” she almost apologized.
Killian grinned, chuckling. "Mm. Alright. Still sounds good." He replied, stretching.
“Good.” Jade smiled. “It’s good to see you again, despite everything.” she added the last part in a whisper just before Sophie walked in the room.
Killian chuckled. "Mhm." He agreed with a laugh.
”So, how’ve ya been since the last time we saw each other?” Sophie asked Killian, as she watched the couple.
Killian blinked, looking over at her. "Huh? Oh. Fine." He replied.
”Just fine?” Sophie asked, a little teasing. ”Nothing exciting?”
”Soph, he didn't come over to be interrogated.” Jade rolled her eyes.
(I gtg. I'll be on and off)
Killian chuckled. "Nope. Nothing exciting. Just work." He replied.
(ok.)
”Staying out of trouble, then?” Sophie shrugged. ”You should know Jade is a notorious rule-follower.”
”Oh, trust me. He knows that.” Jade chuckled softly.
Killian chuckled. "Mm. I know." He replied, laughing. "I know."
”Good. It's been kind of a turn-off for some of the guys I tried to set her up with.” Sophie nodded.
”That’s because most of the guys you set me up with were only interested in taking my clothes off.” Jade glared a little at her roommate.
(gtg gn)
Killian laughed a little. "Mm. I see."
(good night)
Sophie laughed a little at the glare. ”You don't have to be a prude about it. It's just a little fun.”
Jade rolled her eyes. ”I’m not having this conversation with you again. And definitely not in front of company.”
Killian laughed. "Yeah, Jade, it's just a little fun." he teased, looking over at her with a smirk.
”Oh, don't you start.” Jade groaned at his teasing.
Sophie raised a brow. ”How did you two become friends again?”
Killian looked at Jade, innocent and wide-eyed, laughing.
Jade gave him a little glare before sighing at the question. ”We knew each other from work for a while and despite not really agreeing on much of anything, I knew I could ask him for help with a… bit of a crisis I couldn't ask anyone else about.” she admitted with a shrug, trying to play it off.
Killian grinned at her. "Hm. True." he replied. He tipped his head to one side, cracking his neck.
Sophie leaned forward, intrigued by Jade’s story. ”How big of a crisis exactly?”
”I don't wanna talk about it.” Jade said softly.
Killian nodded. "Don't make her talk about it, Sophie."
”Then you can tell me about it, Killian.” Sophie said looking at him. ”How bad was it?”
Killian sighed. "I'm not going to talk about it."
Sophie rolled her eyes and crossed her arms in disappointment. ”At least tell me if it's bad enough to get someone fired.” she sighed. ”And no I don't mean Jade.”
Killian nodded. "I don't know."
Sophie sighed and leaned back. ”Alright. That's fair, I guess.” she said, giving up for now, before smirking. ”Do you like video games?”
Jade rolled her eyes as she continued cooking.
Killian shrugged. "Sometimes. Why?" he asked.
”Well, we own a few and Jade has a couple of the highest scores.” Sophie smirked. ”Wanna see if you can beat her?”
”Good luck.” Jade sang teasingly at the challenge.
