Jade tilted her head as she stood back up once they separated from the collision. “Glad that’s over.” She almost sighed, however her eyes narrowed when she looked him over. “Where’s the money, Hex?”
Jade tilted her head as she stood back up once they separated from the collision. “Glad that’s over.” She almost sighed, however her eyes narrowed when she looked him over. “Where’s the money, Hex?”
Killian spread his arms. "Money? What money? I have amnesia. Who are you, again?" he cracked, grinning.
Jade rolled her eyes and shook her head, once again glad her mask hid her little smile. “Very funny.” She managed to keep the humor out of her voice… except for perhaps a very small chuckle. “Look, I can do this for hours and I know you can too but it’d be easier on both of us if you just hand over the money or let me take you in. I’m letting you choose.”
"Mm…nah." Killian winked at her, and vanished again, reappearing across the room. He smirked at her.
“Worth a try.” She shrugged. “Just remember; you brought this on yourself.” She warned before flipping back over to him and aiming another swing towards him, careful not to hit his face.
Killian grunted as she hit him again, and vanished again, reappearing somewhere else. He debated whether or not to just cut and run, but…he was having fun right now.
“Really? Cat and mouse?” She turned to face him after he disappeared again. “What’s the matter? Can’t stand your ground?”
Killian laughed again. "I'd rather not hit a girl." he replied, smirking. "Hit on, maybe."
Jade couldn’t help the slight blush as he smirked. “You know there are some people who would call that sexist.” She crossed her arms before shrugging, hopefully conveying that she didn’t mind.
Killian shrugged right back at her. "Well. They can suck it." he replied with a chuckle.
Jade had to bite her lip to keep from laughing. She didn’t really have a response to that. On one hand she wanted to teasingly call him a gentleman, even though he was a bit of a cad as well. On the other she almost felt she should chastise him… but for what? If she did it most likely come across as condescending.
Killian smirked lightly, and blew on his hands, sending a gust of glitter towards her. It was unclear where exactly this glitter had come from, but it enveloped her in a sparkling cloud.
Jade quickly jumped back from the sparkling dust and eventually stepped to the side. “What the heck? Did this just turn into an anime?” She asked more in confusion than anything.
Killian let out a bark of laughter. "Nope. But now you're glittery." he replied with a wink, gesturing to her. He had also teleported again while she was in the glitter cloud.
She shrugged widely, a little annoyed. “Well, I’m glad you’re enjoying this. You’d better hope this stuff comes off. Do you have any idea how hard it is to wash this suit?” She asked in exasperation as she brushed the glitter off her visor before looking for him again.
Killian laughed again. "I'm sure it comes off. Eventually." he responded, laughing at her.
She couldn’t help the small smirk as she charged again and grappled him, getting some of the glitter on him as well. “Let me know when you find out.” She smiled at her, admittedly, petty and childish retaliation.
Killian laughed. He brushed a hand down his suit, and the glitter vanished with a poof.
Jade rolled her eyes in slight disappointment. “Show off.” She muttered as she kept her grip. “This is just normal glitter, right?” She asked wanting to make sure.
Killian cocked an eyebrow. "Of course. What did you think it was, drugs?" he laughed, vanishing and reappearing again.
She caught herself from stumbling too much as he teleported again. “I would hope not. You’ve never shown interest in that stuff. I was just making sure it wasn’t magic on it’s own.” She answered.
"Nah." Killian replied with a laugh. "And how do you know I've never shown interest?"
She rolled her eyes and dropped her shoulders slightly. “Because it’s my responsibility to stop you. I keep pretty good tabs on your crimes since our first fight. Besides, you don’t act like a junkie.” She pointed out, obviously.
"Hmm." Killian sighed. "Oh well." he waited for her to find him again, smirking a little bit.
“Oh well… what?” Jade asked raising a brow in mild concern. What did he mean by that? “Jeez, I feel like a walking disco ball.” She muttered to herself as she continued looking for him.
Killian laughed. "Hey, the paparazzi might have a harder time getting pictures of you now."
“I would think this would make me an easier target.” Jade retorted, still a little irritated as she, quietly, got closer to him. “Not all of them use a flash.”
Killian kept laughing. "Well, they'll have fun with it, in any case." he replied, looking around for her.
It was getting harder not too laugh with him. “Yeah. The tabloids will just love this look.” She smirked as she grabbed his wrist firmly. “Of course, I can think of a few other things that would make them go wild.”
Killian yelped when she grabbed his wrist, looking at her. "Ah. Hello."
