“I could charm people into coming? Although then we’d have to explain why they woke up drunk in a bar,” Caseya tapped a finger on her chin, running ideas through her head. “We should hire one of those mega sweepers that just clean the entire place for cheap.”

@Euric_Knight

“This place is for customers to be lazy, not staff,” Alex pointed out. “You can’t expect profit if you’re being lazy.”

@WriteOutofTime

"Profit," August snorted, "that's our problem. We're a little broke right now. Which is why, Cas, we can't afford a mega sweeper."

Caseya stopped twirling and pouted. “Life would be so much easier if we were cons. Steal from the rich, or something like that.” She walked over and peered over August’s shoulder, grimacing at the numbers.

@Euric_Knight

“No. We’re not doing anything illegal.” Alex thought for a moment, tapping his chin. “Maybe we should limit ourselves to more poor places. Then once we make some money we can higher cleaners and floortenders and stuff.”

@WriteOutofTime

"I wouldn't hate being a criminal," August admitted pensively, "but it might not reflect well on the bar." He ran a hand through his hair. "I like the idea of marketing to the poor, but is there a way we can exploit that some?"

@PrettyLittlePyro

Ash shrugged. “We could become criminals, which right now sounds more fun than cleaning counters and talking about money.” She sighed and rubbed her eyes.

@Euric_Knight

“I refuse to do that. You’re weak if you can’t think of any way to have an honest living, especially considering there are so many people who have been able to,” Alex signed, huffing and looking away from the group.

@WriteOutofTime

He looked off to the side, seriously considering. "I mean, I don't know. I don't think I'd murder anyone probably, but I'd prefer it to selling my body, because that's weird."

@Euric_Knight

Alex looked at a wall like he was on the office. "With friends like these, who needs toxic relationships," He whispered.

“The police would be very bad for buisness,” Caseya said, taking a seat next to August.

@Euric_Knight

"No shit," Alex signed. "Back on topic, should we find a poor-ish area and set up shop there? We can walk around and tell the locals about it."

@WriteOutofTime

"Sure, but I'm not walking around because I don't want to talk to people." August gestured to Cas. "I'll leave it to the more charming among us."

@faltering_through pets

Ezekiel walked to where August and the rest where. He had previously been in the back store room doing who knows what. "So I heard we're going down hill, what a surprise" he said in almost a sarcastic manner.

@faltering_through pets

Ezekiel blinked, he stared blankly at August, not expecting to be asked that kind of question. "Umm no, I don't do sexual stuff, sorry- I am up for murder though…it doesn't sound difficult, but uhhh I don't know about haggling the masses" Ezekiel's eyes flickered to the paper that had the disapointing numbers on it. "So when do we start? I could get my knives ready"

@Euric_Knight

Alex sighed and pulled his knees up to his chest, wrapping his wings around them. Yes, everyone's favorite time of the day: ignore Alex's ideas so you can make dumb jokes hour! How have these people even made it this far anyway? Alex thought.

@WriteOutofTime

"We're not actually murdering anyone, unless someone can think of a way that would actually benefit the bar," August decided after a few moments of contemplation. "We'll go out into the streets/slums and find people that drink to forget."

“I could definitely charm a few people,” Caseya’s eyes scanned the paper again. “Enough to improve our numbers by at least two times.” Charming poor people for money didn’t sit too well in her belly, but she pushed it down. Money is money.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Ash shrugged. “Whatever you need to do.” She laughed slightly. “I shouldn’t try to ‘charm’ people it illnend up hurting them.” She flexed her fingers and stared at Caseya. Bright lights that only she could see flickered over Caseya’s body, and settling down on her weak spots, showed clearly where she could hit to kill. Blinking it away, she smiled.

@Euric_Knight

Alex tapped his chin in thought for a moment. "Well, most planets have poor sections. But I did hear that Raentre has a country that's got some pretty poor cities," he suggested.
