Name: August Middleton

Sexuality: Straight

Race: Mostly Human, with a bit of cyber enhancements
Role in the Bar: Co-Owner/Manager
Appearance: Nearly six and a half feet tall, with narrow frame and narrow shoulders. Very soft with bits of fat concentrated in his stomach. No muscle tone to speak of. Long legs and short torso. He has tanned brown skin with cool undertones and hazel eyes that are more brown around the edges and green in the center. He has tussled black curly hair that's equal parts floppy and floofy. Falls into his face constantly, much to his annoyance. He doesn't have much facial hair besides a scruffy 5 o'clock shadow. His nose is slightly crooked but it doesn't detract much from the fairly attractive quality of his face.
Normal Outfit: Dresses mostly in dark t-shirts, skinny jeans, and sneakers.
Personality: INTP-T. At first glance, August seems uninterested and emotionally withdrawn. However, he is genuinely that calm, and prefers to have conversations uninhibited by sensitivity or emotion. He doesn't show his affection by traditional means. He'll often blandly/bluntly ask questions that sound a bit rude at first, but its really him worrying about his friends. If he's asking about someone, at all, he's genuinely invested in them. Very witty and clever. He's VERY excitable about things he's interested in. However, his words usually become a tumble of confusion when he tries to explain his ideas to anyone else. He has enough trouble keeping track of his thought process without trying to explain it to someone else. He's quite sarcastic and funny, although he doesn't really realize he's doing it and can be quite confused when people laugh at something he's said.
Backstory: Born in an odd corner of the universe, he isn't really sure where. Was never very good at communicating with people, so he drifted about learning random facts and building odd tech. Finally, he met a few friends and with their help was able to build a portable, space-friendly bar. (develop later)
Quirks: Slouches a lot because of his height/introverted tendencies. Touches people absentmindedly. Always snacking on candy.
Fun Fact: He has Asperger's.
Likes: Candy, watching horror movies, black-and-white movies, and rom coms, piano, staying indoors
Dislikes: Big crowds, small talk, having to be serious for too long, emotional people

Appearance: Golden-blonde hair that's floofy and full, but not long. It's very well-maintained and shiny. Blue eyes with a hint of green. 6'3. 213 lbs. Very light, cream-colored skin, heavier body type; not exactly muscular, but doesn't have a ton of fat on his body either- more of a mixture of the two. Some freckles on his arms and legs, but not his face. Usually looks like he's about to smile.
Normal outfit: dark gray sweatpants, a Led Zeppelin tee, a dark green zip-up hooded sweatshirt, a beat-up pair of black Nikes, has a small scar on his left hand where he accidentally stabbed himself with a pen really hard; tiny black tattoo of the triforce from Legend of Zelda on his left wrist, just beneath his palm
Personality: ESFP-T, selfless and will put himself through misery to make sure that someone else is okay even if he's falling apart, pretty wise and sometimes catches people off guard by being philosophical, pretty intelligent but doesn't put forth as much effort as he could to his studies
Backstory: Born to parents who were never married and split shortly after his younger sister was born. He grew up being pushed to try sports and stuff, but he never really liked them a lot, typically opting to play video games or do artistic stuff (which he's not great at, but he has fun). He spent a lot of time with his sisters growing up, and he would play along when they wanted to do fashion shows or put him in makeup or nail polish, but they also bonded over video games. He was always fairly popular in school, since he was approachable and nice, but he often felt a lot more lonely than he let on. He has a good support system within his family and a few very close friends now, but he doesn't like to burden other people with his problems, which makes him feel even more alone. He got into a few good colleges, including his top choice, so he's set himself up for success, but he ended up joining some of his buddies in opening up a bar. The idea of adventure really clicked with him.
Likes: cats, cooking, making people laugh, puns
Dislikes: confrontation, waking up early, the outdoors (but more because of bugs and gross weather than anything)
Fun fact: moderate clinical depression (it's more biological and didn't have an outside trigger, first onset was during middle school), oligoarthritis (JIA) in both knees (symptoms started shortly after he started high school)
Quirks: chews fingernails out of habit but will chew gum instead (in an attempt to stop his habit), is left handed, mumbles to himself constantly, can do math in his head, tends to be paranoid in unfamiliar environments
Other: Is sort of fake-superstitious. He likes the idea of good-luck charms and astrology, and other similar things, and doesn't regard them as hard fact, but he has fun with that.

(Put the name of the species in the race section, and then the description in the appearance section. it doesn't really matter though as long as we can tell what they look like lol)
