Caseya felt uncomfortable as Ash’s eyes flickered over her body, and she shifted slightly in her seat, looking anywhere but at her. “If we can deal with being in this place, Raentre will be a piece of cake.”

@PrettyLittlePyro

“You sure?” Ash asked, leaning on the counter and not even bothering to wipe off her clothes. “Because that place is so bad, it makes here look like a palace.”

@WriteOutofTime

"So, Raentre it is," August agreed, crumpling the paper with their sad numbers on it and tossing it to the side. "Can't wait to see what sort of people come crawling into our bar from that slum."

“Can’t wait,” Caseya said, already shivering in disgust from imagining how much alien like they’d have to clean up. She stood up from the seat, brushing off her clothes. “So, when do we leave?”

@WriteOutofTime

August stood up and headed behind the bar, towards the manager's room/navigation room. "I can plot a course for Raentre now. It's just three jumps away from here."

@PrettyLittlePyro

“You do that,” Ash said. “And take as long as you can. We don’t want them in here very soon.” She tucked a strand of hair behind her ears and went to get a new rag to clean the counters.

“What’s got you so against the poor?” Caseya asked, curious as ever. “We are giving them a place to drown their sorrows, and you don’t want to offer even that?” She wasn’t looking to start a fight with her fellow companion, just wanting to see a new perspective.

@PrettyLittlePyro

“I have nothing against the poor,” Ash said, resting a hand on her hip. “I just don’t like,” she waved her hand in the general direction of the city, “those people. Bad memories.”

@PrettyLittlePyro

“No. Absolutely not.” Ash shook her head. “You are not heating my stories. You will never let me forget them, which is what I am aiming to do.”

@WriteOutofTime

"Okay." He shrugged again, slipping into the navigation room and plotting a course for the city. He set it on autopilot, lift off in five minutes, and headed back to the bar. "We're lifting off in five minutes."

Caseya watched as her friends disappeared to their rooms with a frown. “Hmm. I guess I’m off to my room too,” She had only taken a few steps forward when the ship shook, causing her to fall fowards.

@WriteOutofTime

August gave a half-assed attempt to catch her, but his reflexes weren't the greatest so instead he also tripped and fell. He landed beside her, his face a blend of detached embarrassment and amusement. "I decided to join you. You're welcome."

@Euric_Knight

Hearing the thumping of human bodies hitting the floor, Alex gave out a tiny short laugh. He turned around. “Are you okay?” He asked, hands wide with sarcasm.

Caseya laughed, eyes bright. “How kind of you to join me Captain,” she said amusedly. “I humbly thank you for your presence.” she slightly bowed her head, which was slightly difficult because she was on the floor.

@WriteOutofTime

August peered at Alex through half-lidded eyes. "We're totally fine. We're just hanging out. We didn't fall, we sat down, on purpose."

Caseya grabbed his hand and used it to pull herself sitting up beside him. “I guess so,” she yawned halfway through her sentence. “Sorry, didn’t get much sleep last night.”

@WriteOutofTime

"For the last time, no, we did not fall," August said, glaring at Ash. He turned his attention back to Caseya. "I hope you're not becoming an insomniac. I've been relying on you guys to sleep enough so that your alertness rubs off on me."
