Mashka, who had barely understood a word Apz was saying, kept peering at the hologram. A stray piece of hair unwound itself from the rest of her brown locks and stretched towards the shimmering blue object, much like a sapling reaches for the sun. Mashka, realising it had escaped, wound her fingers around the tendril and tucked it behind her ear; it drooped slightly in defeat.
"Could you make Mansion?" she whispered. Her voice sounded like feathers, soft and barely audible.

@Mojack group

“..Mansion…?” Apz thought out loud, their voice coming out as what seemed to be a whisper. “I can only make things within my database. Or things that I have seen before, and so on. I am sorry, but I cannot make this ‘Mansion’ of yours.” They admitted.

@murphysgirl

Mashka's hair drew tight to her body, and she started rubbing her clavicle with a thumb, a nervous tic, lashes lowering slightly. A small oh escaped from her mouth. Tendrils of missing curved around her, settling, feathery, in her hair and eyes.

Abie, meanwhile, was also feeling missing, but for a different reason. Sprawling on the kitchen floor, she ate the last of her potato chips, her tail twitching slightly from side to side. Then, her fluffy fur turned light pink - cuddly - and she stood up, drawing close to Thea. shep want a happy snuggle. give shep a snuggle?

Thea popped another chip in her mouth and wrapped one arm around Abie.
Still wondering about her strange behavior.
"You can't remember who Kai is?" She slowly nodded her head, "Same here, except, I can't remember what happened for the first 13 years of my life. I don't know how old I am or what day I was born. I only remember what my mother sounded like, only that she had red hair and green eyes. Nothing more." Her pale face seemed to empty of emotion, and she stared blankly at the ground. She suddenly shook her head and smiled at Abie. "We girls need to stick together. No one else will ever understand us. Everyone here has been sheltered their whole life and has never experienced the real world. I have. It's cruel, cold, and everyone is out for themselves." She pulled Abie closer, her soft fur warm and just the right ounce of comfort Thea needed. She looked around, remember that Abie wasn't the only person present. She felt her ears growing red with embarrassment and was glad her auburn hair hid them. She watched as MInt and Calix hunted about the kitchen, they seemed to be looking for something.
"What are you two looking for? You two helped me find food, and it's only fair I help you with…whatever you're doing?"

Arwood tilted his head back and allowed his lids to close over his eyes, listening to Mashka and Apz talk. Thinking back on the day.
It seemed like a year ago since he had met with Thilah, but that had been the same day, wasn't it?
Was time measured the same here? Was it slower? Faster? Non-existent?
Finding no answers for his questions, he opened his eyes and watched as the mist curled around Mashka. She had never told him what she was, all he knew was that she could control the earth like Thea, but Mashka's skill was much more enhanced.
Could she possibly be a Warden? No, this was a different world, she was going to be something he had never heard of before.
"Mashka?" He said her name slowly, his tongue still thick from his earlier episode. He was thankful his reaction hadn't mounted to something more and had stayed where he could control his mind. The last thing he needed was to hurt someone and be killed in this place, unable to help his friends back home. "You seem to able to control one of the elements," he continued, "earth. But I have yet to learn what you are, have you any idea what race you are from, and why you were put in a house with no escape? I am sorry if my questions are uncomfortable, and you do not need to answer them if you do not wish to."

@murphysgirl

Abie wiggled into Thea's lap, her eyes half-closed. yes. shep want to stick with thea.
In the back of her mind, beyond the constant thoughts about sugar and sleep and having a happy snuggle and a pet and a dance, she began to mull over past memories, thoughts of where she'd come from. A big house, blue hair, someone blonde. That's what she remembered.
With a yawn, she snuggled closer against Thea and closed her eyes.

Mashka's hair swirled around her, tightening so much that it represented a brown, somewhat lumpy cloak, and she rubbed her clavicle even harder, her sparkly white skin pinkening slightly against the pressure of her thumb. The feathers of missing were a crown on her head, but only she could feel them. She had never, in her entire, lonely existence, known that she was what some would call "different". She had never known she was astonishingly tall, had never known that her glowing skin was unusual, had never known that nature itself was at her beck and call. She had assumed that if other beings existed, they would be like her.
"I… I don't…" The words fell from her mouth, jumbled and vague. "I… I've lived my whole life alone… I wasn't aware that there were other… other…" Her green eyes roved over everyone, wide and curious. "Other… things? Other beings? I don't…"

(Alrighty, I’ve been thinking over some plot ideas for this Rp, and thanks to SupernaturalSyGuyStillShipsWale, I came up with an idea I think y’all might like. The description is kind of long, and I didn’t want to clog up the chat, but you can find it in this link. Also, @Williamnot, I was wondering if you're still doing this RP?)

@Luz_Noceda

I love that idea! Calix has the ability to manipulate shadows and Mint…well, I don’t know what their ability is but I’ll figure it out//

@murphysgirl

(I stan that. And Abie can just bounce around and be a shep, because we stan Abie. I'll go find links to my character sheets so that y'alls can see them and get some in-depth stuffs.)

(Nice!! Luna_Lily, Calix power sounds awesome!! Yeah, Murphy, that's a good idea. Arwood's page is already on 'public.' I'll make one for Thea soon.)

Deleted user

(Nice!! Your characters are really interesting, especially Mashka. I like her history!)

@murphysgirl

(Aye ty - I'll try to get some art of her done soon.)
(ngl she's lowkey based on Woodland Mansions in Minecraft so like let's go brrr)

@murphysgirl

(OK here she is - I also uploaded it to her Character page)

(I also forgot to mention, like the forgetful human being I often am, that a Gold-Heart is kind of the Eskeran version of a god/dess. Mairel is the Gold-Heart of earth/nature, and Mashka is, unknowingly, her host, which explains her powers, her stature, and why she's so protected.)
(Oh yes and her name is technically spelled Maška (the little v over the s makes it into a sh sound) but I don't spell it that way on here because A) I'm lazy and B) I doubt anyone would know how to pronounce it properly if I didn't so 😂)
(BONUS FUN FACT (THIS IS THE FINAL ONE I PROMISE): Abie's birthday, February 21st, is actually the day that a friend of mine came up with sheps (she regrets it to this day haha sorry not sorry))

Deleted user

(Ooo, those drawings are great! Her hair is exactly as I imagined it would be! Especially the curious, and the sad. Kudos!)

Deleted user

(Yep, I was waiting to see if Mojack is ok with the idea and if Williamnot is still doing the RP.)
(The first step, I think, is finding a camera. I'm sure Abie could probably sniff it out. XD)
(One moment, and I'll write my response.)

The young girl felt tears flood her eyes, making it practically impossible to see the soft form resting atop her lap. This must be a dream. She wasn’t used to being shown this much affection from an animal. They usually hated her, sensing her anger and fright.
Blinking rapidly, Thea cleared her gaze and shoved her emotions away, thankful the other companions weren’t there to see her.
She sat for a while, scratching Abie affectionately. She gently set Abie back onto the ground and started to her feet. It had been away from Arwood longer than she had planned.
“Come along Abie.” Grabbing a handful of sugar cubs, she pressed her finger to her lips, “it’ll be our little secret.” She laughed, tossing Abie one of the cubs. She paused just outside the door, indicated for Calix and Mint to follow. “You want to meet my other companions? They won’t kill you. Hopefully.” She gave a sly smile and started back toward the small parlor.

Arwood clenched his jaw, his fist slowly curling, and un-curling into a fist, his face, however, stayed neutral and unreadable.
He already knew Mashka lived in a house alone but didn’t know to what extent. It was far worse than he had thought.
He thought they had something similar, growing up alone and being kept prisoner for most of their lives. Now, he knew there was no similarity.
He had been allowed out of his dungeon from time to time, had had a glimpse of the ocean. Mashka hadn’t had that luxury.
He turned back to Mashka and raised his hands, hoping she understood the sign that she didn’t have to continue. “It is alright not knowing what you are,” he said softly, “for most of my life, I did not know what I was. Even now, I still do not know for sure.”
Hoping to take her mind off the previous conversation, he indicated around him, “have you been able to control the…earth for long? Can you conjure random plants from thin air? Can you control your magic, or does it just happen?”
