(I think a way to keep this going is to try and find a plot, something we're all involved with and enjoy. We could bring our villains?? However, for me, that would be a bit tricky, but I could manage. We also have the secret passage that led to the arena, and we could probably work a plot around that. Anyway, y'all got any ideas for a good plot?)

@murphysgirl

(Abie can summon portals… and Mashka wants to get back to Mansion. Hmm. The arena might be good, maybe Felix, in his friend-ness, could challenge us to a series of one-on-one fights or something? IDK. I have many ideas. Most of them involve Abie getting sugar and becoming very hyper.)

Deleted user

(Lol. I guess if y'all like the idea of bringing the villains over, we could do that. Also, it may lead to some plots. Do y'alls characters have villains you could bring, or should we come up with something different?)

@murphysgirl

(I have my one character with antisocial personality disorder, but she would probably just kill everybody. I'm good at heroes, not so good at villains. Erm…)
(Well Abie wants sugar. Sheps always want sugar. So maybe they could head to the kitchen and then something will happen there.)

Thea's head swiveled back and forth as she looked about the house in interest. Pointing at the strange objects she came across, asking questions but rarely waiting for an answer. When she grew tired of entering empty bedrooms and weird parlors, she began to hunt for food.
"I'm getting a little hungry," Thea pointed, gently tapping Abies head, "what type of food do you like? Maybe we’ll find a good coney, Jedrek taught me how to cook one. I’m sure you’ll love it!"
She paused just outside the kitchen doorway, hearing voices from within the small room, and wondering if it was Mel or Austin, she clutched the knife Arwood had given before going around the corner to find two strangers in the middle of the room, they seemed to be related.

As Thea and Abie made their way to the kitchen, Arwood fell into a wooden chair as if suddenly taken by fatigue. Shaking his head roughly, he pulled out his sword and rested it on his knees, running his thumb across its cold surface. He wasn't threatening anyone, nor was he nervous it was a mannerism he had picked up years previous. Preparing himself for anything had become second hand to him. His blue eyes watched everyone's movements about him, and his ears listened to the noises in the hallway. Wondering where Mel, Austin, and Mashka were. He turned to Apz, "It seems as if we all are from different places. If you do not mind my asking, what is the place you call home? Are there many different creatures like you?"

@Mojack group

Apz didn’t move much - the things they had to give up in exchange for being basically a walking, talking, disobedient tank. Or rather, never had much of to begin with. Come to think of it, Apz hadn’t changed much from their first form, even though they very well had the materials to do so. The only major changes they could possibly think of was that repaint that they had, mainly to cover up the symbols that once marked their shoulders.
“Earth.” Apz began.

“We- I, come from a place called Earth. I don’t reside in one place for too long, with all that happens, but I’ve been on a continent named Europe for the past few months, attending to business there.” They paused, considering what to say next.
After an inhale, they began again. “Out of the three minds that reside in this body,” Apz moved a hand, gesturing to themselves, “only one originates from outside of the world that I come from. I do not know where he exactly came from, nor why he was on Earth - all I know is that he’s also from a completely different dimension. If you truly want to know the details, you’ll have to ask him yourself.”

There was another pause.

“That,” they added, “was a joke. You won’t have much luck asking Zaghiel his origins. He’s not a diplomatic creature, putting it lightly.”
Although Apz remained motionless, seemingly doing nothing but staring off into space, their scanners were at work, forming a digital map of the room for safekeeping.
“For things like me, there aren’t many. The newer, modern ones live by the human’s rules. I do not. The newer ones also only have one mind in their body. I do not.” They finished.

(Sorry it takes a while for me to post :D)

Arwood looked at Apz with great interest. Three minds in one body? Was that even possible?
His eyebrows knitted together in a frown as he began to think over the stranger’s words. He used to think he had two minds in his body, two different thought processes, well, that’s what he had been was raised to believe. But Apz was different, they had given of his other minds a name, Zaghiel?
“You are from Earth,” it was more of a statement rather than a question, “now I have heard of that place, it is where people speak a strange form of a dialect called…French?” He paused for a moment, sure the word ‘French’ was accurate. “It is the same place where you build castles made of glass that stretch miles into the sky?” His tired eyes shinned for a moment, intrigued by this stranger’s home. Lance didn’t like speaking of it, saying it hurt too much since he could never go back. He slowly sat back, soaking in the stranger’s words, ever so slightly shaking his head. “What do you mean by having three minds in one body? You named one, Zaghiel, you said they were not very diplomatic, so they could speak to me if you wanted them to? They have full thought processes and thoughts. So they are exactly like you, just with different personalities?” He gave a low chuckle, “I am sorry, but that is fascinating beyond anything I have had the pleasure to learn about.”

@murphysgirl

Abie wagged her tail happily. shep love to have a happy eat! and sugar. sheps love happy sugar!
(don't give her sugar)

Mashka, meanwhile, drew tentatively closer to the - she didn't know what it was, but it was intriguing, and Arwood, her curly hair poufing out around her face and body, dress swirling around her feet, lips slightly parted, emerald eyes wide and curious. The faint glow that came from her opaline freckles raised slightly.
"French?" she breathed. Her voice was light and musical, much like the rustling of leaves on a summer day, or a warm spring zephyr. "Earth? Towers made of glass -" She frowned suddenly. "Mansion was made of wood and stone and glass -"
She peered curiously at Arwood's sword, letting out a small cry of recognition and drawing closer. "I know what that is. Mansion told me never to touch one, like bows and arrows, they hurt you." She bent over it, her hair sweeping over her shoulders and brushing the sword. "But this one is different, there is no - no orange, no - I can see my reflection -"
She peered curiously at her reflection. The swords she knew were old and spotted with rust - remnants of the days when Mansion had been a feasting hall, but she didn't know that. The house had been empty her whole life, save for her and the steady, low rumble of Mansion's voice. There were few mirrors in the place, most of them warped or broken, and Mashka, not one for vanity, had not looked in them much. Nevertheless, it was the only way she had found out the colour of her eyes, the exact deep green as the leaves on the trees in the forest that she could see from Mansion's many windows.
Mashka drew away from the sword and tucked her hair behind her ears, a thin smile adorning her lips, then turned to the unfamiliar - whatever-it-was.
"You're interesting," was all she said.

@Mojack group

“Yes, though that is not the only language that is spoken there. There are many - hundreds of languages. Of course, I do not speak all of them, but I do speak more than one.”

Apz appeared to dip their head slightly. “Castles made of glass…you must mean towers, skyscrapers. Cities. We still have regular castles, but they’re seen mainly as an artifact of the past.” They paused. “Well, three minds. I was built with only one, my base programming - aka myself, the one you speak to right now. My name is Perone, though I’d prefer if you continue to call us by Apz. There is also Annette - she spoke earlier.” Lifting themselves from the wall, they straightened their posture.

“I could have Zaghiel speak, but I doubt he would want to. Having a weapon pointed at us earlier did not bode too well with him, and if I were to let him take the wheel, he’d surely be aggressive.”

“The two other minds had their own bodies, at one point. Now they, along with me, pilot this body, although it’s mostly Annette and I that control the body. Unfortunately,” their voice drifted off, but they continued to speak, “none of the minds were put into this body by their own will. So..perhaps, they are like me. Maybe. But they are still extremely different.”
Apz lifted their head again. “Thank you,” they replied.

Arwood’s eyes flicked toward Mashka, watching her get closer and closer, her gaze staring intently at his sword as she spoke. He took his hands off his sword and pressed his back against the wooden chair as if to escape.
He smiled nervously as she looked at herself in Rhdurs reflection, highly aware of the mud smears up its surface; he hadn’t taken the time to sit down and clean the sword properly and now wished he had.
She continued to get closer until she was right above his sword. His eyes slid from her face and traveled to the far wall, staring intently but staring unseeingly as he tried to master his thoughts and wild heartbeat.
Her hair fell over her shoulder, and he felt it brush against his hand, and his teeth snapped together, surprised by the sudden contact. She was too close for comfort, and his mind began to whirl, his throat growing thick as panic began its control over him. Her hair seemed wrapped tightly around his wrist, it no longer felt soft but coarse…like a rope.
Finally, she stood up straight and turned around, speaking with Apz. He heaved a large sigh of relief, and leaned forward, resting his arms on his knees, stomach-turning, and feeling like he might be sick. He needed sleep badly. Drawing in a deep breath, he turned to Apz. “No, you need not worry, I do not want to talk with Zaghiel, I am in no condition to bandy words or weapons, and I don’t believe the odds are in my favor even if I were in condition.” His voice and face remained calm and stoke, but he couldn’t stop himself from messaging his wrists, he tried to think of something, anything to get his mind off- “Is there anything else we should know about you? Triggers we should try to avoid to keep Zaghiel from surfacing?”

@murphysgirl

(She's lived alone in a mansion her whole life so she's not exactly apt on what one would call "social skills")

Mashka, sensing Arwood's discomfort, stepped back slightly, her hair wrapping itself into a tight braid, a ribbon of mist curling around her ankles. She rubbed a thumb against her clavicle, a nervous tic, and lowered her eyelashes, turning to the one who had called themself Apz.
Towers made of glass. Mashka wanted to see them. She had lived with stone and wood and carpet for sixteen winters, the last ten without Mansion's steadying voice.
She wondered if it was winter outside this strange house. Snow. She had never touched snow, but the windows were always cold when it came, and she would light a fire in the hearth and dance…
"You speak of… cities." The word tinkled in her mouth and fell, sparkling, to the floor. "And towers made of glass… are there really such things?"

Abie, meanwhile, was sniffing the ground curiously, trying to find any traces of where sugar might be. She trundled a few feet down the corridor, her fluffy tail held high, humming a faint happy-shep song to herself. Although she didn't actually need to eat, the idea of food sounded good. Sometimes, she would sneak some from when Kai made food, and he would get mad -
She froze, her fluffy tail quivering, then the memory evaporated and she continued sniffing.

Thea stared at the two siblings for a moment before striding into the room. Head held high as she masked her fear.
"Well meet," was all she said as he started for the cabinets, opening and shutting them when nothing good presented themselves to her search. There were bags full of thin, crunchy…potatoes that crinkled loudly whenever she moved them. There were strange containers with brightly colored pictures and strange names painted upon their surfaces. "I'm Thea, that's Abie," She said as she made her way to a large metal box with handles. She pulled it open, blinking rapidly as a bright white light nearly blinded her. "Oh! What's this?" She pulled out a thin flat box, "P-i-zz-ah?" She asked slowly, eyebrows furrowed as she tried to pronounce the name. Not waiting for an answer she took the food out from its container, only to groan in disappointment. The food was frozen solid, "well Abie, looks like we're starving unless you two can help us find something to eat." She asked the two siblings.

@Mojack group

“Though I’m mostly fine keeping Zaghiel at bay on my own, there are a few..things. That earlier encounter, the individual with a weapon - Felix, I believe his name was? Well, him pointing a weapon at me was just enough to alert Zaghiel. However, we only truly need to worry should my body come under a great amount of damage, which, we..” Apz briefly glanced around. “..We most likely won’t.” They finished, choosing not to add anything more.

“Not all of the cities are towers, made of glass. There are a few with large windows and almost seem to be made of glass, but most structures aren’t completely made from it.” They twisted their right hand so that their palm was facing the ceiling, and opened up their fingers. A small - just big enough to fit in the palm of their hand - blue tinted hologram sparked to life, the hologram displaying one of the many skyscrapers from their ‘Earth cities.’

@Luz_Noceda

(It’s ok!)

“Oh! Sure,” Mint smiled as they started to look through the cabinets. Calix nodded as he headed to the pantry.

@murphysgirl

"Is that how big it is?" Mashka curiously peered at the hologram, the ends of her braid unraveling slightly; the mist around her ankles evaporated. "It's very small… not as big as Mansion."
But it was beautiful. The shimmering hologram was reflected in her enormous eyes, and she drank in the sight, a smile quavering around the edges of her mouth. Her fingers stretched out to touch it, but she thought better of it and didn't, her small white hand hovering in the air like a reluctant bird.

Abie sniffed the food curiously. this is frozen pizza. kai thinks it's wrong.
Memory jolted through her again, and her fur briefly flashed brown and then went back to light aqua.
shep will find something in the pantry, she said, going into the pantry and emerging a few moments later with a bag of potato chips. She dropped it at Thea's feet and rolled over, waving her foots. shep got food. good shep get belly rub?

Arwood stood to his feet and moved to get a better look at the object sitting atop Apz's palm. He stared at it for a second before raising his gaze in disbelief. He opened his mouth, but before he could speak, Mashka voiced his thoughts. He nodded, agreeing with her. "That is not a very big building. Lance told me hundreds of people could walk in one. He must have lied, for I do not think…." he paused, looking back at the hologram peering closer at the building, "unless this is similar to a painting and the actual size is much, much bigger." He stood up straight, "unless this is similar to what I can do. Only you can show us a physical picture, while my why is a mental picture." He gave a thin smile and moved back to his chair, eyes still frozen upon the small hologram.

"Thanks," Thea nodded her head in appreciation as the two siblings helped her look, "What's you two's name? I don't believe we've met before." She watched Abie totter over and knelt down to take the bag from her, she watched her light aqua fur turn brown then back to aqua.
"Is everything alright?" She asked, "you looked weird, whenever you mention this Kai, you get all…" Her eyes narrowed as she looked at Abie. "Who is Kai?" She scratched Abie's stomach before opening the loud bag. The smell of salt filling her nostrils as she pulled out a thin chip and licked it tentatively. When she tasted nothing, she took a bite, eyes widening in wonder and glee. She pulled out a hand full and held them down for Abie.
"What are these? They're so salty and crunchy, I've never had anything like them before." She offered some to the siblings before turning back to Abie, waiting for the answers to her inquires.

@Luz_Noceda

“The name’s Calix. The kid looking in the cabinets is Mint,” Calix told her, gesturing to his sibling. “I’m 18!” Mint huffed.

@murphysgirl

Abie rolled back over and blinked innocently up at Thea, then nosed the potato chips. these are potato chips. shep love to have a happy eat of potato chips!
She looked happily up at Thea, then her ears drooped and she flopped to the ground, her tail whisking from side to side. shep does not remember. She closed her eyes and tried to think, but all that came to her was something blue.

“Most holograms-“ Apz stopped, realizing they may not share the same knowledge as them if they were from different universes. Thus, they began to speak again, explaining what the hologram exactly was before moving on.

“Well, what I’ve displayed to you is a hologram, a near-exact copy of an object or person. Useful for explaining things,” they added, then moved on. “As I said, it’s a near-exact copy, details and everything. However,” they nodded at Arwood, “it’s like you said, like a painting. Paintings don’t often show the true size of what they display. Same goes for this hologram, although some holograms can be very big. Just not the ones that I can make.”
They kept the hologram displayed, noting the other’s interest in it. Apz supposed they would be, if you had never seen such a thing.
“The specific building I have displayed for you is a little over 500 metres in height, in the real world.” Apz informed them. “It’s not the biggest on Earth though, since there are other buildings, some over 800 metres in height.”
