The Blazing Flame

Qwarrens group these people in with The Silver Light as Heretics, and people of The Silver Light call them kofer (heretics in the old language)

The religiously adjacent religion to The Silver Light, those that worship the dark Gods.

The Blazing Flame was started by Edrial Coniah after he felt like the teachings of The Silver Light were too radical.

The Silver Flame believe that people reincarnate when they die into an opposite version of themselves, from light to dark and back again. They believe that when the final war ends, those that won will have their followers resurrected and live in peace forever, while the losers will be forgotten.

There are no defined areas of worship since in most areas the religion is outlawed. Most sermons are in people's houses.

Edrial Coniah felt like the two sides in the upcoming war are not good vs evil, but order vs freedom. The Blazing flame teach the use of freedom over order, although they are not inherently evil in nature.

This religion prophecies include the belief that one day the gods of light and darkness will come to the prime material plane to wage war against one another to determine the fate of the universe, and the people of the world will be called upon to fight for one side or another.

Services are scattered with no regular date or time, and followers are only given information a few days ahead of time. The sermons are usually short, and discuss much more than worship or pray, but also how to expand.

Those who practice are expected to follow a very small set of rules with daily lives affected little as to not raise suspicion that a person is of The Blazing Flame. Although a person is expected to learn how to fight and live alone, similar to The Silver Light.

The day of the summer solstice is considered holy as it is the day Edrial Coniah broke away from The Silver Light.

Mass prayers to the gods are the most common occurrence, as most followers believe that the gods would not want people to burn things as they would need those things in a war.

To officially join in, at a sermon, the whole of the participants must agree to allow the person into the order, and once agreed, a person makes an oath on the Tn"kh, The Blazing Flame's bible.
