Soundless Forest
Forest, Holy Place
No one can hear you scream in these woods
In these silent woods, the only way to communicate is via sign language, lip-reading, and other sight-aural forms of communication
The Soundless Forest contains about 15,000 Ellesh, not all together. While the largest settlement contains 10,000 of them, the rest live in separate groups of varying sizes.
At first, Soundless Forest was simply an ordinary forest. When the nameless deity made it their holy place, however, they enchanted the woods so that none who entered would be able to speak or hear anything.
Although the Ellesh (whom were already living in Soundless Forest) objected to this at first, they soon learned to adapt to a soundless environment, although some chose to leave the forest entirely.
