Monster Harvester
Monster Harvesters are commonly associated with the town of Dragondale because that is what the town is best known for.
While some are Monster Hunters in their own right, most aren't - instead they specialize in what happens after a creature is dead.
Blood, tissues, organs, skin, horns, nails, teeth, bones, and anything else that can be of use is harvested off the creatures brought back from hunts. Some makes great alchemical ingredients, others can be used to make medicines, and if the flesh can't be eaten it can be fed to the various vicious creatures that Hunters employ to help with their hunts.
This is the job of a Monster Harvester contracted by the city; to know each creature, or know where to find information on something, and to know what each and every part can be used for so as little as possible, or ideally nothing, goes to waste. Once everything is processed there are others who see the parts get delivered where they need to go.
It is not a job for those who cannot handle decomposition and decay, disease and parasites, blood and bile, and more. But for those who can it's a well paying and stable job, and one that most don't leave unless age, injury, or disease leaves them unable to continue doing the job so openings are few and far between. More often than not an apprentice or someone similar takes the mantle, ensuring that there is always a supply of well-trained individuals to work as needed.
