Ritsuka Akabane

61 kg
178 cm
Black (Purple tinted)
His hair is actually a pale lavender but dyes it darker to match the band members. His roots are showing around his forehead but his sides are dyed.
Ritsuka has straight hair that reaches his eyes in the front and cut short in the back. The sides of his head are shaved in an undercut and normally he slicks his hair back and to the side, showing his forehead.
No facial hair
Dark Brown
Japanese
Lanky
Paints the nails on his right hand with his image colors.
Paints the nail on his left ring finger with Yuzuru Izu(First name pending)‘s image color.
Ritsuka speaks as if his guitars are real people. They each have their own tone and colors. Perhaps synesthesia effect?
He is dominantly left handed in everyday life, but plays right-handed. When he sits, he spreads his legs out and, without fail, always has his right leg higher than his left; or he crosses them.
When he is idle, he starts tapping his fingers, usually to something he has practiced. Likely a result of muscle memory. He will even move his hand like the surface is a fret board.
He uses his grandmother’s maiden name for his stage name.
To encounter skillful people
Ritsuka has very little space in his head for things other than music. Luckily he has Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) to keep him grounded, mostly.
Though he acts like a guitar idiot, this is actually a defense mechanism. Loves to show off his skill but it’s a berserk button to attribute his work to talent or his parents.
Dislikes groupies/clingy people
Multi-instrumentalist (Guitar, Piano, Violin)
Perfect Pitch (Innate)
Practicing guitar, composing
Despite being the shortest in the group, his presence feels the largest. A real go-with-the-flow kind of guy, he's got a sort of innate charisma that has people flocking to him.
Despite acting like a guitar idiot, it's really a distancing tactic. Most people don't see past his prodigal pedigree; he believes it's easier to act the part so that they get what they want from him and leave earlier. He has been living under the shadow of his parent's legacy for most of his life, he refuses to play the piano and violin publicly for this reason.
Easy going, lilting, small hints of Niigata-ben but mostly standard Tokyo dialect
Speaks English without accent

Second Year College Student: Classical String Performance (Guitar)
Kamogawa Music College Faculty of Literature
A second generation Japanese born in the US. He comes from a family with a strong musical background, his father is a first chair violinist and his mother is a concert pianist who is a prominent post-modern composer. He got his start in music early with the piano but quickly switched to violin then guitar permanently after two years of playing. He met Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) in elementary school and became fast friends. Ritsuka began teaching Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) guitar in tandem with his own lessons.
The pair separated in their last year of middle school when Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) had to return to Japan. They both made a promise to reunite to make music again. During their separation, Ritsuka joined a slew of underground bands throughout high school.
He reunited with Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) in his second year of university after a lengthy transfer process. Ritsuka intends to move to immigrate to Japan once he finishes his college education and work with Yuzuru Izu(First name pending) to make music.
