Toujours en quête of adventure, her energy drives her into her reaper job. Even though she isn't aloof like most mermaids, she has a possessive streak. The closer someone gets to her belongings, the more irritated she is.

She is happiest with others and enjoys making new friends, but again like most mermaids, she has a tendency to cling.

When she was young, she met a human boy, and they promised to get married one day. Today, he's a target she must get rid of, even though she has realized she'd never married him. She still dreams of being with him even after breaking her heart to do so

As the "leader" of the group, Amerly is acquainted with her but at a distance because of Noelle's haughty attitude

Although she brought her into the world and raised her, she locked her away for years without letting her out. Insisting that she should be isolated and alone, her mother tore her apart. Years later, her ghost haunted her. Only when she became a reaper and took command of the situation, did her mother finally leave her.
