Eliam had settled himself down near the Empress. He grabbed an apple from a fruit platter, then leaned back in a chair, propping his boots up on the table. Eliam seemingly looked over the red apple. Though, he did take a moment to stop admiring it, to look at the severed head on the ground next to him.
His hidden gaze remained on it for several moments, then he simply turned his head back, taking a bite out of the apple. Eliam 'listened' to all the conversations directed at him. Yet, he remained so calm, in almost a frightening way.
Eliam slowly chewed the bite, then swallowed. He remained silent for several moments, enjoying the awkward silence, before breaking it.

"Oh but I do so enjoy watching the show you put on, it...amuses me."

He yawned before moving on to the next person that had spoken to him, "You are one to talk, 'You would do well to show more respect'. Pffft, at least I don't go around killing people, eating them, then leaving their corpses out in the open. The least you could is clean yourself up before walking into a public place. Oh yes, I heard about that little 'incident'."

Eliam's voice suddenly seemed to change, only slightly. Only the sharpest of ears would've heard the dark intent behind his next words, "And when I do kill...I make sure the bodies will never be found. Mass murders, I make sure to kill a few soldiers...with civilians...toss them to together...and instant struggle scene."

He suddenly shook his head, looking around, as if confused for a moment. Eliam quickly shrugged it off, knowing what had happened, but knew to play it cool.

~Eliam~ the voice echoed in his head alone. Only Eliam could hear it ~I heard it again...we must hurry...if our plans are to succeed~.

"What were we discussing? I lost track...oh, why you're here...for my own amusement to see if you'd actually come. Talk to the Empress...speaking of..."

Eliam turned his hidden gaze towards her, "Other than to annoy you and your guests...hm, let me think about that...Ah yes, to annoy you and your guests."

He smirked, taking another bite of his apple. Eliam watched Aiko, scoffing softly under his breath.

~A dog...nothing but dogs all of them...serving their master~ the voice hissed in his mind ~The world will be a better place once we are rid of such nuisances as these~.

Oh gods, the annoying brat showed up...at least that's the way Eliam saw it. The man came to a stop, watching Aiko dancing around for a bit, before he purposely put his boot out, aiming to trip the other, he was hoping at least it would work.

"Do you ever shut up? I've dealt with rebels who aren't this annoying."

Yup, that was Eliam, complete asshole to boot. He could care less what he said, and who he said it to. His hidden gaze settled upon Aiko, before speaking again, "As for a job, be quiet for several minutes, hell, even an hour would be nice. I'll give you something in a while just to get you away from me."

Eliam returned to walking down the hall. Ah yes, there it was, that unmistakable 'clink' of silverware. Appeared the Empress was having dinner...and he was coming in whether she liked it or not. The male heard the noises...then that one noise that declared someone was just killed.

A smirk came to his face. Eliam pushed the doors open. As he came through, Eliam slowly started to applaud, hidden gaze landing right upon the Empress.

"Nicely done madam, well-played show...granted I could've done it with less of a mess...oh, and at dinner no less may I add? Not lady-like at all if you ask me."

He just so loved pushing buttons. Eliam wasn't afraid, he couldn't die. However, if one were to find his Pact Beast, if they ever could find it whatever it was, and kill it, then Eliam would most certainly die.

Ah yes, he almost forgot, he had requested for that 'beast' Vothe to show himself. Well, that would just have to wait for a little bit.

Eliam gave a soft 'tck'. The Dragonguard looked up, towards the other, gaze remaining hidden. His voice changed slightly, growing more demonic. A shadowy presence seemed to hover over him.

"Quite a talker, aren't ya? Big words, big dreams..."

The male chuckled darkly, "Just remember...it is the small things...that break a man down...and I have more important things to take care of then 'proving' myself to you."

Eliam then turned his back to the other, slowly walking away.

"Now this is where I go: Give up, or prepare to die. Oh, and I will make sure your death will be long and painful."

As the others continued to speak about what was to be done and yadda yadda, and so forth, Eliam took the time to remove his armor. The male glanced at the door. Almost instantly, a servant came scuttling in, going towards Eliam. Eliam muttered a few words, the young servant taking the armor carefully, then once again taking off into the halls.

Eliam watched him until the servant was out of view. He then yawned, cracking his neck loudly. The male suddenly unsheathed a dagger from his belt. He looked at the cruel blade. Eliam ran his finger along the edge, ending at the tip.

He glanced to the Empress, blinking a bit. Eliam stared for several moments, the voice suddenly speaking once again in his mind ~Such an over-confident little flower, and her pile of sludge. Both will be put in their place soon enough~.

As the empress finished her sentence directed at him, Eliam suddenly plunged his dagger into his chest...where his heart would be...

~AH! Eliam, the pain...drive it in deeper...twist it...the pain is so...excruciating...I love it~.

His pact beast did not know pain, until it made a pact with him. Since it took Eliam's mortality, making him 'immortal' so to speak, it now knew pain...and enjoyed the feeling of it...

Eliam did twist the blade deeper in as asked. He himself had become accustomed to pain. It hurt, yes, but like his pact beast, he enjoyed allowing himself to be stabbed, cut, beaten. It frightened many, when soldiers would cower as an onslaught of arrows would rain from above, Eliam would be standing in the open, allowing the arrows harmlessly bounce off of him. How? Well, that was a mystery indeed.

"Mmm, now why doesn't this surprise me to hear that coming from you? That desperate you need to go after some poor dragonelle."

Eliam shook his head, giving a soft 'tsk'. He simply watched, standing completely still as the earth cracked beneath him. There was little to nothing that phased the male anymore.

"Oh yes, I already know. Titus is definitely a beast not to be taken lightly, but hey, if you were to prove to be a worthy pawn, just might be kept alive. All honesty, I could really care less what happens to this world. As far as I'm concerned, it would look better being consumed by flames."

"What stick? I mean, I've been impaled before, but I don't remember it happening recently."

He lifted a hand seemingly adjusting the helmet upon his head, "You know it, there's them days things get a bit too steamy for their own good."

Eliam noticed the other walking towards him. Before he knew it, once again Gale stopped him in his path. The armored male seemingly sighed, then a smirk came to his face.

"Me? Not so much...her on the other hand."

A shadowy tendril suddenly appeared, actually smacking Eliam on the back of the head instead of Gale. As for Eliam, he barely flinched at the smack the smirk still on his face.

"Oh, sorry pet, I forget you're there at times...actually, I can't with you constantly hissing in my ear."

It took a few moments before Eliam realized he was indeed pretty much back to where he started. The male released sigh of annoyance.
"You really are proving to be a thorn in my side."

Before anything could even hit, Eliam was gone, reappearing right behind Gale, using the other's shadow to his advantage. He was up close and personal now. The male let his hand slip down the side of Gale, purposely letting his hand wander.

"I'm usually into gals, but I might make an exception for you. Though, it really is too bad I might have to kill you."
