Willow is another Hati clone that helps run the front desk. Each clone has embraced a different path, and Willow found hers in being organized; keeping the paperwork in order, and essentially taking over the original Hati's role as the commander through their hive mind system.

Because of that, in addition to aiding with the assignment of duties to the adventurers Willow also spends much time in the Guild's archives. The system is a mess and she's determined to help reorganize it with the help of anyone she can rope into it.
