Tyr Runekeeper never thought she'd want kids, especially not with her history.

But when life dropped a pregnancy in her lap she took it with all the grace she could muster. A child between herself and Eheeya, blessed by whatever power the now human Nophica had left in her.

A child who would grow up just as obsessed with plants and cooking, dancing and singing, technology and tradition.

Yyupye wanted to see the world her mother knew. To travel to sightseeing destinations, wander the wilds and dungeons her mother saw. The world might be safer now, but that doesn't mean there's not still adventure to be found!

Along the way she met Sakura, a ninja from Doma working under Lady Yugiri. Tyr is paying Yugiri off to have Sakura keep an eye on Yyupye; the girl is smart when it comes to books, but dumb in the ways of the world. She can tell you the recipe for her favorite cooked dodo off the top of her head but wouldn't notice a morbol standing right behind her until it was too late.

Sakura regrets taking the job after seeing just how bad it is, but Yyupye likes her so Tyr keeps paying for "that specific one" to watch her daughter. They'll figure it out...eventually.
