I'm going to try and post a list of participants later today. It'll be later in the day since I'm going to be at work for most of the day, but keep an eye out.

Anything about your character(s) that your Santa to be aware of: Clothing description is under the tab in the profile labeled "other facts." Niko and Xander have sketches on their pages, and I may add one for Valkyrie and Aurelius, should I feel like putting them up. Niko, Xander, and Giordan are all from a universe that's basically American Civil War era but with magic… It's kind of inspired by Fullmetal Alchemist in some respects. Valkyrie and Aurelius are from a universe that's medieval era, but think more alternate universe medieval, with a feel similar to Fire Emblem (a medieval rpg. You can look it up for aesthetic ideas if needed.) There are also dragons… Do with this information what you will, but I guess that's mostly to inspire fashion, etc. At the moment I am posting this, I do not have all pages on public or thorough descriptions, but I will work on them right away.

It says we need to submit a minimum of 3 characters, do we need to draw all three of the person that we get, or do we pick one and draw it? Or is it optional of how many we draw?

Entries will close tomorrow at 11:59 PST I'll still accept anyone after this time as long as I haven't drawn names yet. I'll post in the thread once I've drawn names so you'll know if you can still enter or not
I also might extend the deadline depending on how many people we have. I plan on participating as well, so that will bring us up to the minimum of 5 people but the more the merrier.

I’ve also included some additional design notes in the notes section of their profiles. I'm currently in the process of editing my profiles but they should be done before I send out names.

Names have been drawn and I've messaged all of you guys with the person who you'll be drawing for. If you did not get a message then let me know.

  • We're going to be posting our drawings on Christmas Day. If you're going to be unable to post then you can message me your drawing once it is finished and I can post it on your behalf.

  • I'm also willing to give extensions to anyone who asks (just in case you're almost finished your drawing but won't have it quite ready on time).

For backup drawers I have:

Just a quick bump to remind all participants that you have 6 days to finish up! Hopefully you guys are all close to finishing your drawings if you're not already. If you need an extension or if you need to pull out of the trade for any reason let me know soon.

Another reminder that you have 24-ish hours to finish up. I know a few of you are done already, but just in case you're not hopefully you're almost there. If you're not, the good news is that you still have 24 hours to ask for an extension if you want.

Everyone is going to be expected to post their own drawings on Christmas Day aside from those who have already messaged me saying that they will be unable to. I know that Christmas Day is a busy time for a lot of us, so if you think you'll be unable to post just send me your completed drawing and I can post it for you.

You can post your drawing at any time on the 25th. I don't want to impose any really strict deadlines for this, but as long as it's the 25th in your timezone you're good to post your drawing (so taking this into account the latest you could get your drawing in, is 2am PST, unless you ask for an extension you'll have until January 9th).
