“I..I don’t know what you’re talking about…” Grayson said quietly. Oh no.. He thought, taking another step back.

"What's wrong, hm? Are you scared?" Abaddon cooed. He slid off the gravestone now, rising to his full height of roughly 6' or so, a sharklike grin on his face

“I..I should go now…” Grayson turned away, starting to walk away.

"You should come back sometime. I can show you around," Abaddon hummed. "The corpses are lovely this time of year. They're particularly dead this time of year," he deadpanned

Grayson squeaked a little and glanced back at him. “What are you?” He asked.

"What do you think I am?" Abaddon asked, more amused than anything now. He stretched out on an elaborate-looking gravestone, not particularly caring who it belonged to

“This isn’t funny.” Grayson said angrily. “You’re…” He trailed off, trying to enter the mans brain, feeling some sort of blockage in his mind. “I can’t..seem to..” He muttered, frowning.

"Trying to read a mind reader's mind? That's cute," Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes. "You know, this is completely funny, at least to me."

Grayson huffed and glared at Abaddon. “Why did you even talk to me in the first place if you knew what I was?”

"Because I felt like I needed to talk to you anyways. You have no idea how dull a graveyard gets after a while," Abaddon drawled

“Why don’t you just leave?” Grayson asked, feeling useless and stupid asking all these questions.

"Do I look like I would be here if I could?" Abaddon asked sarcastically. He figured that would have been obvious by now

Grayson scowled and looked away. “Well then what do you have to do to leave?” He asked, already dreading the answer.

“To put it simply, I have to make a deal with someone. A way out in exchange for something of equal value, in a way,” Abaddon answered

“And what does that entail? What am I supposed to do?”

"Well, the way my contracts work, we exchange a tiny piece of our souls. Think of it as…insurance," Abaddon hummed

“Um…no.” Grayson said, shaking his head. “I’m not giving you my soul.

"You aren't giving me a soul, we basically share a tiny little piece. It's the equivalent of having one pen we both use while we each have our own pencils as well," Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes

Grayson narrowed his eyes. “Fine. But nothing more.”

Abaddon's eyes widened slightly. "Really? Alright then," he hummed, not thinking that this would have been as easy as it was

“I should’ve said no..” Grayson muttered, sighing.

"Too bad," Abaddon hummed before approaching Grayson, a wide smirk on his face

"How exactly are you going to do this?" Grayson asked worriedly, taking a small step backwards.

“Think of it as…sealing a deal of sorts,” Abaddon hummed

"Okay…" Grayson frowned, a little scared of what Abaddon was going to do.

Abaddon stepped closer to Grayson, a slight smirk on his face. He outstretched a hand, as if to shake

Grayson tentatively stretched out his hand which was shaking a bit. “What are you going to do?”

"Just relax, and you'll find out," Abaddon purred right into Grayson's ear before taking his hand. He abruptly pulled him closer, mashing their lips together

Grayson let out a muffled yell and tried backing up, realizing he had backed himself up onto the gate of the graveyard, not being able to move.

(I don't care, I swear like a sailor and so do my characters lol)

Abaddon giggled almost maniacally against Grayson's lips, one hand pinning Grayson to the gate while the other had him by the jaw, keeping him from pulling away
