Grayson stood, frozen in place, silently panicking inside. His eyes stayed wide open, staring at Abaddon. STOPITIDIDNOTAGREETOTHIS!! He thought, hoping Abaddon could hear him.
Abaddon had to resist the urge to laugh out loud when he heard Grayson's panicked thoughts. After a moment, he pulled back, still pinning Grayson to the gate. "Relax, baby. It'll be over soon," he purred, flashing his sharp teeth
Grayson stood panting heavily, staring at Abaddon in horror. “What is this supposed to do?!” He yelled angrily, his hand clenched tight around the gate behind them.
"That wasn't supposed to do anything. This will, however," Abaddon purred before raising a hand. With a snap of his fingers, the world abruptly changed color. Everything was all kinds of the wrong color, and there were circuit-like lines tracing everything, including them
Grayson yelped, looking all around them before turning back to Abaddon. “So you’re telling me that spontaneously making out with me was just something you decided to do?!” He questioned, his eyes narrowed.

"If I tried to explain how my mind worked, yours would implode. Now hush up, or I'll make you," Abaddon hummed before running a pointed claw across Grayson's chest
Grayson glared down at his hand and smacked it away. “Okay. What the hell is going on here?” He asked Abaddon.
"Properly forming the pact, obviously," Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes. "You poor mortals and your panicking."
“And the colors?” He asked, crossing his arms across his chest, ignoring Abaddon’s previous statement.
"We're seeing the true nature of our bodies through the soul dimension. Though since I've practiced manipulating my form, I still look rather…human," Abaddon hummed
"What's wrong with looking human?" Grayson looked down at his own self.
"Nothing. At least not when you look like a monster by default," Abaddon hummed. "Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to get this over with."
"So would I." Grayson sighed, leaning against the gate.
"Good," Abaddon hummed. He raised a long, clawed finger before dragging it along Grayson's chest, tracing the outline of a heart. After a moment a pale heart began to glow from inside the outline, and he pulled it out. There were still strange, almost gooey strings keeping it inside Grayson
(sorry in advance if this sounds a little gory, I just like to make sure my writing's detailed)
(No it’s fine, it sounds really cool)
Grayson looked down at what Abaddon was doing, his breathing quick and shallow. He kept his hands clenched tight behind his back.
Carefully and meticulously, as if he had done it many times before, Abaddon dragged his claw across the heart, cutting a sliver off. This caused a slight sting to go through Grayson, followed by a strange, uncomfortable tingle
Grayson winced slightly, watching Abaddon carefully.
Abaddon then did the same to himself. Though unlike Grayson's "heart," his was a strange, faded grey-blue, and it seemed damaged and chipped in places. He didn't seem to care, however, as he took the small piece of Grayson's "heart" and slotted it into his own. This caused a strange feeling of…unity to go through them, and abruptly, both their forms seemed to melt
Grayson looked up at Abaddon. “Wh-What’s happening?” He asked frantically.
"You'll see," Abaddon whispered right by Grayson's ear before abruptly, the world went black for them
(can we say Grayson wakes up later in the graveyard?)
(Yeah, sounds good)
Grayson woke up in a daze. It was still night time and a fog had settled in the graveyard. He sat up and looked around, scooting back against the gate to support himself.
Although Grayson had woken up, Abaddon was nowhere to be seen. For now, at least
Grayson groaned a little, standing up and stretching. Of course he just left me here alone. It was stupid of you, agreeing with him. He thought angrily, walking towards the entrance to the graveyard.
Aw, missing me already? cooed a strangely…familiar voice from Grayson's mind
Are you fucking kidding me? Grayson frowned. Get out of my head. He said angrily, opening the gate and walking out down the sidewalk.
You agreed to the contract, now live with it, Abaddon purred, grinning madly as he made himself comfortable in his new home
*I DIDN'T AGREE TO THIS!" He thought furiously, walking back through the town to his apartment.
Yes, you did, now stop whining, Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes
But..I..ugh..how long are you going to be here for? Grayson asked, sighing deeply. He got to his apartment and unlocked it, slamming the door behind him as he stepped inside.
