He chuckles softly and leads her to her room. "If you need anything, I'm right down the hall." He says simply.

Kiki nodded her head in thanks before shutting the door behind herself. "Go to sleep, wake up. End the dream." She rubbed her forehead and sat on the bed.
Halo walks to the kitchen, hearing a knock on his door he raises a brow and opens it. A snowy haired angel smiled. "Hey Halo!" She says happily. Halo smiles. "Hey Heaven. Come in."
Kiki forced herself to lay down and attempted sleep. It didn't work. She jumped when she hard another voice down stairs. just a dream. Just a dream. she told herself over and over again.
Halo allows Heaven in and they chat happily. Finally, the darker subject coems up. "Four more were found dead. Halo. We're losing more and more people. Both human and angel. Please tell me you've found something." Heaven says softly. Halo sighs. "I'm not sure. I found a human in the woods. She should be resting."
Kiki had forced herself to sleep, even though it didn't last long and she was awake again. She was sitting on the bed, her head in her hands. "Not a dream." She mumbled to herself.
Heaven was still there, asleep on the couch. Halo was up by her, sitting on a chair next to the fire. He sighs and shakes his head.
Kiki tip-toed down the stairs and peeked around the corner when she got to the bottom. She spotted the stranger who'd helped her, along with a new stranger. "I uh-" she mumbled awkwardly.
Halo looks up. "Ah. You're awake." He shuts his book and places it on the coffee table. Heaven peeked one eye open. "Ohh. She's pretty."
Kiki nodded her head at Halos comment but felt awkward at the girls comment. "Um, thanks?" She mumbled looking down at the ground.
Heaven smiles. "My name is Heaven dearest. What's yours?" Halo raises his eyebrow. He chuckles. "Come sit first. Warm up and what not."
"My names Kiki." She mumbled but stayed put. She wrung her hands awkwardly. "I'm good here, thank you."
Halo nods. "I am Halo. Do you need anything? Food? Water? A blanket?"
"No thank you, Halo." Kiki shot a glance at the door. "Am I aloud to leave?" She asked shyly before returning her gaze back to Halo, and Heaven.
Halo looks at the door. "I suppose you could. Just know either Heaven or I will be watching over you…" He says softly, smiling faintly. "That way you don't have to worry about getting eaten or killed by the beast that roams these woods."
"Oh." Kiki mumbled, "all the time? Or, just every now and again. Like 'hey still alive? Good see you next week.' Or always?"
"It really depends on your emotion. That's what draws us. Only when you need us." Heaven explains.
Kiki put her head in her hands, "but," she looked for a way to explain the fact that she was a natrally scared person. "I just, I'm a-" she looked at them hopelessly, not being able to find the words.
Halo raises a brow then smiles faintly. "A human in a war torn world. It's okay. You are special." He offers her an encouraging smile.
"No, not special. Not-" Kiki sighed, "I'm always panicking, always nervous. But I don't want people watching me. It makes me more nervous."
"We only 'watch' you to make sure you're safe. We normally don't do anything more."
"But watching is still creppy." She muttered more to herself then to the others. Kiki glanced up at the door again, "you won't force me to come back?"
Happy shakes his head. "We can't force you to do anything. You can stay, leave, come and go. Whatever you please."
Kiki to a cautious step off the bottom stare, another step closer to the door. "Thank you for you hospitality." She mumbled before quickly exiting back into the cold air.
Halo watches her leave before shutting his door. He settles back on the couch next to his sister.
Kiki wrapped her arms around herself, no longer used to the chilly winter air. She kept looking back, and occasionally stopping to look around for the beast. Hoping that it wasn't watching her.
Halo talks with Heaven, his eyes tired and ready for sleep. He hums as he listens to his sister's report.
Kiki decided she'd had back to a town that wasn't far. It'd have supplies that she'd most likely need, and who knows perhaps shed find a sweater for something.
Finally Heaven left and Halo settles on the couch falling asleep. He sighs softly.
"Stupid." Kiki mumbled to herself. The temperature had rapidly been dropping, and walking to the town in the cold would have been suicide. Kiki knocked on the door to Halos cabin.
