"Hello?" I was speaking into the payphone, one of the only ones left once people started going mobile. "Yeah, I'm bored after switching hiding spots, like, seven times, so, I'm not playing anymore. Yeah. Bye!" I closed the glass doors behind me before looking around at the city layed out before me. The school, to my left, just down the road, there was smoke still pouring out of the doors. Not that I cared. Nobody was injured, nobody died, and I didn't even go there. Yet. I just moved. I started down the road to a particularly interisting group of houses. It was the brick color, definetely. I liked how dark and mysterious they were, like the mystery novels lining the walls in my room. They were the first things I had thought to unpack. Better have something to do until the rest of the boxes arrive. I thought of my current read, a mistery science fiction. The girl in red was definetily the villain. Who else wouldn't be surprised when the labaratory fell down? (someone please talk to me I don't know what I'm doing)
(You are doing great. I love that she is a ahem and I mean this as a complement, nerd. She could, for some reason, end up with the group and being like, their super tech-y friend or the expert in all thing comic book. You know, figuring out……. stuff. But if you don't like that idea,it's fine. you are doing great! :))
ella couldn't help having the feeling
someone was eavesdropping on them.
(We'll set something up to where you get involved, alright!)
Helen couln't shake the feeling she was unintentionaly eavsdropping on someone ;)
Kana sniffed the air. It was people smell, a female, around his age.
"You guys smell that?" Kana said. He skimmed the minds of everyone in a block's radius as was his limit in such a weakened state. Only one mind outside the house was of interest, a young lady by the name, it seemed of Helen.
He'd have to check in on her, but first thing was first. Training.
(so the story seems a little slow.
maybe we can have someone be the villain or antagonist?
(and someone els get betrayed and kidnap ed?
maybe ella?)
(Sure. Helen's great with betraying her closest friends and trying to end the world just for money and information.) :)
(But seriously I'll do it)
Helen started to recognize the buildings around her. She had seen them before, in a dream. A man made of metal showed it to her, "The Assistant" he had called himself?
(Noooooooooooooo! Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Helen! You haven't even met the other characters and you are already planning to betray them! I repeat. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! * But for real. Nice plot twist!)
(Thank you sinister grin just one question, how does Helen plan to betray them if Kana can read everyone's thoughts?)
(Hey!!!!! Bia can read minds too!! That is her main and favorite power!)
(But if Helen gains Bia's and Kana's trust, then they won't read her mind.)
(But I already really like Helen. Maybe she could have her redemption?)
(Maybe Helen doesn't decide to betray them until later in the story. Maybe Bia and Kana can sense conflict inside of her but they can't tell what?)
(Yes. I like it. But then maybe she realizes that what she did was wrong.)
(P.S. The story would move a lot faster if Ella, Archia and Brianna would choose whether or not the are staying!)
Brie mulled it over while staring into space. Continue on with normal life, stay completely safe and secure and put all this drama behind her. Or, she could launch herself into some crazy mission with a bunch of superheroes she'd never met and just cross her fingers.
It wasn't much of a choice, really.
"Well, I'm in," she told the room happily, looking to Ella to see her desicion.
ella
knew her life would change.
but she didn't mind if brie was there.
i'm in she replied..
looking at brie and blushing.
Bia looked to Archia. "An you? What is your choice? Are you in or will we have to save you some day?"
Helen looked around. She did hear voices inside, which made her feel even guiltier.
Bia looked at Archia, who seemed to be taking a long time to respond. "Okay. While you spend all of eternity deciding, I will tell the rest of you where we are going." She sat back down on the couch. "We are going to a bunker inside a forest. That is really all that I can explain right now. You will have to see it for yourselves. But right now we will take you to get your stuff. Keep in mind that we will be at the bunker for a while. Bulk does not matter. Bring what you think you will need. Just know that it will be longer than two weeks." She and her father stood up. "My dad will take you to get your stuff, while I pack here. When you guys get back we will go."
Bia headed up the stairs. "See you guys in a few!"
ella sighed.
still feeling like something was off.
Helen knew she shouldn't go closer to the house, but there was something compelling about it, something to do with the man from her dreams.
(Finally!!!!! I've been expecting you. Muahahahaha)
