"I believe that we are. Hmmm…. um… Dad what about the girl outside?" Bia's dad went outside to talk to the girl. "Okay."Bia exclaimed. "Everyone is here and accounted for. Just let Dad finish talking to the girl then we can go."

(@@generic_name go ahead and make up the conversation between Helen and Bia's dad. And set it up so that he ends up inviting her to come along.)

Helen didn't know what to do when the girl left. So she just stood there, and stood there, and stood there, until a grown man came out of the brick house and started towards her. oh no she thought as his pace quickened.
"Hello!" He called.
"Hi?" Helen tried to sink into her skin.
"What are you doing?"
"Um…" Her eyes darted to the side, to the ground, to the other side, anywhere but in front of her. She froze in fear. She couldn't concentrate. Her face paled. She probably looked sick, scared out of her mind. Maybe that's why the man reached out to touch her arm and stiffened when he felt how cold she was. Maybe that's why she was sitting on the couch in his house with a blanket and tea- his blanket and his tea - still frozen, sitting in front of a boy and a girl, both of them spewing out random facts about her. Helen could only nod to confirm their information. She felt scared and vulnerable and uncomfortable around tall people, older people, and adults. So, basicaly everything around her. It didn't help that she was very short for 15. (The origional post was much longer but then I accidentaly deleted it and then I got so angry so here is a paraphrased version of the origional deleted post because I'm lazy and tired. Goodnight.)

"So, I'm done?" Helen managed to get out, staring wide- eyed at the people around her.
"Not quite." The adult said. "We still need to find out why you were outside our house."
Helen looked down into the swirling, warm, milky abyss of tea she was holding. "Well, um," She started.
"Don't lie." called out a girl with black hair. She had been one of the ones who read Helen's mind a few minutes before. "I'll be able to tell."
"I… liked the color of the bricks on your house, and I stopped to look at them. Then, I just got lost in thought." This wasn't a lie, but it wasn't the whole truth.
The girl with black hair flinched a little before adding "And what about the metal man?"
The adult, maybe the girl's dad? looked a lot angrier. "What metal man?"
"Um, nothing. I had a dream where he appeared and he tried to tell me something about this house, but, I couldn't hear anything I don't work for him and I don't know what he wants I just saw him, that's all." It all came pouring out of Helen, like a waterfall. She didn't even know where it came from, or how she was able to say that thing without stuttering, but she said it, and there was no going back now.
The man seemed to think for a while before asking, "Would you like to come with us?"
"Where?"
And that's how it all began.

Kana grinned, back at his dad's, he had to do mental, physical, emotional, skills-based, and ability-based training every single day. And his dad was a Wind God who could take out a small mountain if he had to. Kana was excited for the challenge, even if he wasn't at full power.
"Where to!" He asked.

Yeah, we're going. Just follow them." Brie told Ella.
She picked up her bag and followed everyone out the door, gesturing to Ella to do the same. She walked up to Bia.
"So where is this safe house? Is it deep in an unknown forest where animals talk and fairies grant wishes?"
