Bia looked between Archia and Kana. She smiled. She turned to Brianna. "I know your name because you are in danger. My mom is a police woman, and she works on cases related to people with powers, like us. A few years ago, she and my father found out that certain powers are rare. Like the ones we have. And there are certain people who classify us as dangerous. I, unfortunately, got one of the most dangerous kinds of powers. My father, who is a scientist, calls it 'Wild Card'. Meaning I can develop new powers at any given time. It hasn't happened often, so far only four times. Five, actually. I got water powers when I was five, I could talk to animals at eight, psychic powers when I was twelve, but just today I got two new powers. I didn't notice it at first, but this morning when I woke up, I could here the bell ringing. The school bell. Which means that I have super hearing. Which is why I heard Archia. And I now have the healing factor. Meaning I can heal myself and others, but not completely. So my dad compiled a list of teens with rare superpowers. People like me. My job is to keep you guys safe, and I'm sorry if you don't like it. Or you think you can protect yourself. I have no doubt that you can. But defeating Black Strike requires special training. Training that I have had since I was five. My dad is telling your parents that you guys have to leave town for a school thing. Then he is going to drop us off at a bunker we built that is far away from the city. There I will train you guys, and we will draw the Black Strike's attention away from the city. My dad will look for more teens like us and send them here. You might not like this, but trust me, you'll thank me later. And don't worry. We'll fight plenty of Iron Giants and other bad guys. There will be plenty of things for you to destroy. And I'm sorry if I seem bossy. It's just been a really stressful day and I am trying to keep you guys safe." She looked at Kana, hoping that he would back her up on this, since she had known him the longest. "I know that we all just met super recently, but I need you guys to trust me."
ella had stayed quiet long enough she trusted this girl.
but knew her aunt wouldn't believe she had a school thing.
why do we have to fight?
she replied blushing.
(I was thinking about having Kana help Via out as soon as I got past the first sentences.)
Kana walked up to Bia.
"And I'd say she's done a pretty good job!" Kana said. "She's right, we're pretty new at what she does! We need training!"
He slid his long, bushy tail into his baggy pants.
"Is your arm completely healed?" He asked sincerely. "I can't heal people, but I can help regulate their temperature and alkaline alignment, and I can reverse the entropy in your arm bones, which would be a massive help!"
Messing with physics was draining, but if it was to help a friend, Kana would take that chance.
Bia smiled gratefully at Kana. She turned to Ella. "Because if we don't fight, who will? If I don't train you, who's to say that Black Strike won't attack you and your aunt in your home? I need to train you, but if you decide that you would rather not fight with us, you don't have to. None of you do. But if you don't train, you could die. Because of who we are, we have automatically but our friends and family at risk. And I won't always be around to save you when you are in trouble. I would sleep better at night knowing that you aren't completely defenseless. Just because you have powers, doesn't mean that you automatically know how to use them. A sword is an excellent weapon, but,if not used right, your enemy can turn it against you. I learned that the hard way. I want you guys to have the opportunity to learn that lesson the easy way."
"And yes, Kana. My arm is completely healed. But thank you for worrying." She gave him a grateful smile. "As strange as it sounds, I've never had a friend before. Everyone was too afraid of me."
"Good thing I don't have family!" Kana said. "My mother died when I was young, and my father, well, he's down South on business." Then. "And she's right about training too."
"I mean, I have plenty of it, thanks to dear old dad." He said, saying that last part sarcastically. "Who would be a great help right about now!" His tail wagged visibly under his pants.
Bia gave him a sympathetic smile.
'It's fine.' He thought to her telepathically. 'My father is the Southern Wind, it's why I have this tail.'
"So what's gonna happen when your old man gets here?" He inquired with genuine curiosity.
Bia jumped a little. "So this is what it feels like to other people when I do this to them. Huh!" She had never met another telepath before. "To answer your question, when my dad gets here, he will give you guys some information on where we are going and what he told your families. Then we will take you guys to your houses and you will get your stuff together, then he will drop us off at the bunker. But it will be a bit of a road trip. Two or three hours. Does that sound good to you guys? And,by the way Kana, where exactly do you live?"
"Well, I'm kind of a drifter." Kana said. "But I crash at my dad's crib from time to time, he's got people, y'know!"
Brianna stared between Bia and Kana, who were staring into each other's eyes. She felt uncomfortable, as if she was in the way.
She looked at Archia and Ella. They seemed pretty trustworthy.
"There's one more thing, if I'm coming with you guys. Who are the Black Strike?"

(Sure! Just follow the rules. *No swearing, nothing inapropriate, nothing rude or mean unless you are a bad guy, and you can't make the other characters do anything without their creators' permission.)
Bia looked at Brianna. "The Black Strike is the organization that is trying to kill all of us." Just then her father entered. "Okay. I'm here. Please sit, all of you." He motioned to the couches.
(And no @Amber. I never mentioned it.)
A cold jolt of fear went through Brie. The organization that is trying to kill all of us, Bia had said. Very reassuring.
But her panic was soon forgotten, as a man burst into the room. Brie assumed he was the dad Bia kept mentioning. He commanded them all to sit in a confident, forceful voice.
Brianna sat, wanting to get out of his way.
"look" Archia said with a pretty serious tone
I don't know what all "this" is but this is all kind of sudden you know? You're all random strangers to each other I'm assuming at least. I need time okay?
ella sat down next to Brianna.
wondering how much their lives had just changed.
Bia's dad nodded. "We understand. If you aren't ready, you are free to go. You can just tell your families that the trip was canceled. But if you do want to go with us, stay here." Bia stood up and opened the door. "If you want to go, go now. But if you're in, then stay on the couch."
Helen Culerato (cul-air-a-toe) is 15 years old. She has brown hair and brown eyes, very generic, and hums the same song over and over so it gets on everyone's nerves. (at least, it annoys everyone she's met so far)

Helen raced across the street, through the parking lot, down the sidewalk, and into the bushes. Crouching down low, she wondered if they would ever find her, because last time, it took them nearly two hours. Longest. Game. Of. Hide. And. Seek. Ever.
"Sir," Kana said, "I have absoluno intention of leaving this fight.but I do need to know what we will be doing."
He was significantly less powerful than usual, especially in his base form…, it was possible that he might not even be able to perform his "Sky Travel", or "Thermo Reversal Bomb" techniques.
Bia beamed. "Once everyone has decided what they are going to do, we will explain."
"Good." Kana barked. He was hoping the others would be tagging along with them… A demigod of the Winds (himself), a Superhuman (Bia), plus some nature being with cool wooden wings (Archia), and a pyrokinetic (Brie), what an odd company.
