"Then come on!" Lilah laughed, pulling him toward the door.
Cameron yawned as he followed her. “Okay, okay, I’m coming…”
"Okay, let's go to the kitchens first… Wait, no. Let's find Lilac. We shouldn't bring a dog into the kitchens," Lilah said, starting toward her room.
Cameron rolled his eyes as he trailed after her, Lily quiet in his arms.
“Awww, Lily, what’s wrong?” He asked the puppy, who looked up at him.
(Hey… So I just started a RP and I thought you might be interested… It's the Fairytale Rewrite one.)
Lilah led Cameron to her room, where she expected Lilac to be. She opened the door, revealing a fairly good-sized room with pale pink walls. A large bed rested against one wall, the bed set white and freshly pressed. A white dresser sat on the opposite wall, to the left of the door, and was covered in papers. The closet was straight across from the door, it's white doors closed.
(^-^ Yeah I was just looking at it! Was there a role you wanted me to play specifically?)
Cameron hummed, enjoying the simplistic look of pale pink on white. Lily struggled in Cameron’s arms with a soft, cute whine.
(I mean, if you wanna do Handsome that'd be cool. Otherwise, I don't much mind. Mr. Potts might be funny coming from you.)
"Lilac? Where are you?" Lilah called, stepping further into her room. A gentle bark came from under the bed, and a black nose stuck out from the bed skirt. Lilah laughed and called for the dog, who crawled out more nd bounded over.
Lily whined again and pawed at Cameron’s chest.
“What’s wrong, girl?” Cameron held out the squirming and whining puppy.
(I’ll probably take Handsome… but mR. pOtTs had me cracking up)
(Lol. Go for it!)
"What's up?" Lilah asked when she had put Lilac's leash on.
“Did I let her pee before we traveled?” Cameron asked Lilac with concern in his voice.
"Um… No? I don't think so," Lilah answered. Her eyes widened slightly as she realized… "Here, we can go outside quickly, unless she's too close. In that case, we can put her in the tub."
Cameron shook his head. “I can run outside, how do I get there?”
Lily whined softly again.
"Out the door, to the left, straight until you reach the end, then another left. You'll cone to the set if double doors leading to the garden we were in last week," Lilah hurriedly directed him.
Cameron nodded and darted off, following her directions through the castle. He ran outside, setting Lily down who darted off to go do her business. Cameron exhaled gently and leaned against the wall.
Lilac jumped up on Lilah, pushing her down because she was so big. The princess laughed, and it only intensified when her twin appeared in the doorway looking worried. He'd heard the thump and had been worried that the dog had knocked something over, since he hadn't been aware that Lilah had come home.
"Hey, you're home!" Liam exclaimed, helping his sister up.
"Yeah, I am. And thanks," Lilah said with a smile. "What've you been up to?"
Liam ran a hand through his hair. "Not much."
His girlfriend walked over when he had finished speaking, looking down and straightening her shirt a bit. She hadn't seen Lilah, yet, and only looked firm after she asked, "Hey, babe, what happened?"
"Hello, Jessica," the princess greeted her, holding back laughter at her somewhat shocked face.
"Crown Princess! You're back!" Jessica curtsied quickly.
"Yes, I am. Were you and Liam hanging a good time?"
The couple looked at each other, cheeks a matching shade of red.
"You could say that," Liam said vaguely as Jessica rubbed her lips together, mostly without knowing she did it.
Lilah smirked when she realized what had been going on when she'd gotten knocked over. "I see… Did you lock the door before you locked lips?" she asked teasingly.
"Lilah!" Liam hissed, his cheeks, and Jessica's for that matter, turning a deeper red.
"What? It's an honest question!" Lilah laughed.
Liam huffed a sigh and turned to his girlfriend. "I'm sorry, you know she's not usually like this. I think the air over on her boyfriend's kingdom did something to her brain," he muttered, earning a smirk from Jess.
"Hey! I'm just happy to be home, okay?" Lilah said defensively. There was that word again, boyfriend. Is that really what he was to her…?
(Ooh)
Cameron straightened off of the wall and meandered off to go find Lily, who was probably romping around somewhere. He found her under a rosebush, barking amd whining softly. He saved her smol soul and tucked her under his arm, back into the castle and made a beeline for Lilah’s room.
Lily was flailing and borking happily when he reached the room, and his own grin faded abruptly when he saw the extra pair of people in the room.
(Lol. That took me forever to write.)
And there he was, standing in her doorway. Lilah looked between Liam and Jessica, her cheeks tinted slightly pink. How much had he heard?
"Wow, look who it is! Prince Cameron! Please, come in," Lilah said, her eyes practically begging him to save her from further embarrassment. "You know my twin brother, right? Liam, Cameron; Cameron, Liam. And this is Liam's girlfriend Jessica."
Cameron inclined his head awkwardly towards Liam; he decided not to look at Jessica.
“Sooo, what’s going on?” He turned to Lilah with a smile of ‘what-the-bloody-hell-did-I-just-walk-in-on’.
Lily was no help whatsoever and she hopped out of Cameron’s arms then started running around barking.
(Your effort is appreciated ^-^)
(When you're trying to come up with a backstory for a character and it ends up being kind of dark/depressing…)
"We were just talking. I think Liam and Jessica were about to go back to Liam's room to continue whatever it was they were doing," Lilah said with a smile. That earned a glare from Liam and a deeper blush from Jess.
"Right. Good day, Prince Cameron. Pleasure to see you," Liam said with a nod before her gently took his girlfriend's hand and led her back to his room.
Cameron smirked slightly when Lilah dismissed them. Lily tried chasing after the leaving pair but Cameron shut the door.
“Well, that was certainly a surprise.” Cameron lifted up his pupper.
"Why? Because there were suddenly two extra people in the room?" Lilah asked.
Lilac sat at her feet, muzzle resting on her paws. She basically ignored the puppy.
“Your twin and his girlfriend, yes.” He grinned. “Not that I’m mad.”
Lily noticed Lilah then started barking loudly.
“Lily, shush! So, what did they talk to you about?”
Lilac barked at the loud puppy, though remained at her mistress' feet.
"Oh, they were just coming to check on me. Lilac knocked me over in her excitemen," Lilah laughed.
Cameron laughed gently and set Lily down. “Go say hi!”
Lily looked up at Cameron with a bork. She stayed put, her leash trialing behind her.
Lilac stared at the strange new creature in her mistress' room. She gave another soft bark to gain its attention.
Lilah watched them interact. Or… not interact, as it may be.
Lily looked at Lilac. She wiggled her bottom happily and borked back, staying at Cameron’s side loyally.
“Go say hi, Lily, she won’t hurt you!”
Lilac barked encouragingly. She stood, then bent her front end down, wiggling her rear.
Lilah laughed. "She's ready to play already."
Lily wiggled with a gentle whine, then ran over to Lilac like a little bullet. She mimed Lilac sloppily, borking happily and wiggling.
Lilac stepped back, barking in surprise. She bent down again and barked louder.
Lily spun around in a circle, showing Lilac her little booty. She barked at the bigger dog over her shoulder when the latter moved.
