Colors are the very goal of life here. You start with emotionless grey and see color the more emotion you discover.
Most get their first at an early age in the first two years. You should have developed many by the age of 18. It's been described as the warmest feeling you can imagine, sometimes chilling to the bone. Everyone is different.
If it becomes known you cannot "See" then you are deemed the lowest of the low, nearly shunned out of society.
But what happens when more and more are not seeing their colors and they are getting closer and closer to being of age?

Hi and welcome! Please do read the rules before joining!

Rules:

Each color coordinates with an emotion. This is a new concept so in-between shades like yellow-orange, turquoise, red-violet, ect are if most colors are not developed and they have at least 2. The colors will pertain to attributes since they are directly connected in this society.

Orange - Fear/Surprise
Yellow - Excitement/enthusiasm
Green - Contempt, disgust
Blue - Timid, sadness
Purple - Loss
Pink - Admiration/Love

Appearance: Dirty blond-brown hair (like an in between shade), blue eyes, fair skin. Medium height with a lanky build.
Attire: He doesn't quite know what clothes are what color, but his sister secretly organized his closet so that things would match for the most part. Usually wears a green plaid shirt, a brown jacket, jeans, and brown sneakers to match
Personality: He does as is told mostly, and does his best to act as if he can See. If he is caught, he knows his family will likely go as far as to shun him out of his own home.
Flaws/Habits: Can't See, can't feel emotion, runs his fingers through his hair a lot since it's a bit on the shaggier side.
