Hey, I feel you. My worldbuilding is intense, and it's something I'm known for on this site. My characters are much the same.

Name: Vos Vremenu
Alias: Vohanu (means "Black King" in his language)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Omnisexual
Age: Looks to be in about his late 20's/somewhat early 30's, actually several thousand years old
Species: Demon king
Origin: Hails from the demon kingdom of Fortenhein, where he serves as king and emperor. He was a former hidden supervillain, causing different events indirectly to weaken humanity so he could take over and claim the Earth as his own. After his son was born and he realized he had become a terrible person in his quest for power, he left his kingdom to his son before leaving to wander the universe in search of a way to redeem himself.
Status: Antihero?
Personality: Cold, closed off, can snap at any moment, formal, really trying to force himself to be kinder and more social, still has a tenancy to think of others as below him, master manipulator and dealmaker
Appearance: Pale skin, light freckles, pale grey eyes with flecks of violet, inky black hair cut short and swept off to the side a bit, quite a bit of stubble, looks tired a lot, very tall (about 6'3"), well muscled, several scars all across his body (including one across his cheek), several tattoos in his language all across his body, outfit varies but he's always in a black trenchcoat and usually has dark formal wear on beneath, a few rings
Powers/Abilities: Lightning/electricity manipulation (generated electricity is a pale violet), teleportation, object manipulation, increased speed, spellcasting, summoning, the ability to infiltrate one's mind and potentially drive them insane, pactmaking (sort of a special thing in my storyline, will explain more later), almost blinding speed and increased strength, shapeshifting, "true form" (also a fun little thing I'll explain later)
Equipment: Several different weapons hidden in his trenchcoat, large bladed staff/scythe hybrid he can summon at will, spellbook he also keeps in his trenchcoat, has other things he can access at will (he stores them in a subspace, which is kind of like a pocket dimension only he can access), actually wearing a sort of suit of armor under his coat that he can sometimes opt for on jobs
Other: Has a son named Kaz who is currently a vigilante, "wife" was a witch who died of cancer (they were never officially married but they were together), tends to not understand slang and such and is confused often by humans

Age: looks 20 but is actually around 3701 years old
Species: Fallen Guardian Angel
Origin: He's an angel who failed to protect one of his proxies from the other side, so he's now stuck on Earth and in reality to live with the guilt of failing to protect someone innocent.
Status: His alignment matches who he has bonded with as a "team"
Personality: kind, loyal, helpful, emotional, impulsive, tries to be funny to hide his depression and guilt, a bit too innocent for his age, will try to mediate between two friends if they fight
Appearance: Storm-grey eyes and pale skin that hardly tans, dyed fluffy white hair with silver streaks. Wears a light-grey hoodie with jeans and beat-up black sneakers.
Powers/Abilities: The use of his wings, flying, super strength/agility/speed/senses, Angelic barrier he can use to protect and trap others, Holy Light to blind enemies, Healing Touch to heal his friends and himself.
Equipment: Light holy armor for his wings, medium armor for his body and faint halo-like horns on his head.
Other: He has lost his original color due to his depression, so now he's "grey".
