Xander noticed the immediate change in his stature and dropped the question. "If your not comfortable with it you don't need to answer." Xander said not wanting to pressure the guy. He really liked Axtin and didn't want to drive him away like he did with the others.

"If I'm going to be fair, I can tell you, just not here," He replied. If he was going to have any chance with Xander, he might as well know early on before it comes up too late. He'd hate to have known Xander for years and have him leave once he knew what Axtin was.

"Ok cool, we can do that, but I have an important project to work on all of this afternoon so maybe tonight. We could meet up at a place" Xander suggested. He probably implicitly asked him on a date, but he didn't care. Date or not he would still be able to see him again which was a start.

Lifting a brow, Axtin's smile returned.
"Sounds like a date," he confirmed, using the word on purpose. Axtin hoped it would at least be okay later on tonight. If not being fully human scared Xander off, he may just have to suffer the consequences.

"that's cool. so like do you have a bunch of tattoos" Ava asked looking at his covered up arms.

"yeah some" he said shrugging off his jacket to show her "for my job there kinda a requirement"

"she looked at the tattoos on his arms. "they look nice," she said there was nothing weird for her to make a joke about so she asked a question. "whats the weirdest tattoo you've ever done?"

"hmm the weirdest, A grown man asked for a my little pony tat that said 'i love you' it was kinda creepy" he shuddered
