Other: When she was young, she was in a fire. She breathed in so much smoke that she badly damaged her vocal chords and throat. Haruta recovered wnough to eat normally, but can no longer speak. To communicate, she uses ASL, her phone, or, in emergencies, a notepad and pencil. Has magical powers, here they are: Elemental Manipulation- When she’s surrounded by an element, she can manipulate it to a certain extent. If used for too long, her vision starts to blur and she can go blind for up to 30 minutes. Her power will only work proportionate to the amount of the element that is around her.
