Hello! I'm new to this website but I find it very interesting and super helpful for creating characters and stories. I'd like to start a roleplay, maybe something along the lines of a supernatural highschool or something?

ooooh my gosh, i totally want to do that.

I want to but we have to choose between fantasy or realistic, and then we have to choose modern or older styles of rp.
If we choose older a good time is 1850s to 1920s theme

I would like to join. Maybe if you can't decide on fantasy or realistic, or modern vs. older styles, you can combine the two different styles to create something new and interesting.

I would assume that you can join, but no one has started anything yet. Should I start or….I guess I could start.I just don't want to be rude.

I like the supernatural highschool idea,though I might have a different opinion on what that is. Do you mean like superhero highschool? Cause that is along my genre of writing.

OK… Set the stage then!!!

My characters name is Bia. She is 15 and she has black hair with blue steaks running through it that is waist long. She generally keeps it in double dutch braids, and she wears a dark blue tank-top with black pants that are ripped at the knees and black calve- length lace-up boots.
She is very out going and a little silly. She has water powers, she can talk to animals, and she has psychic powers. She loves learning and meeting new people.

Bia raced down the hall as fast as she could. I am so dead! She thought to herself. I'm late for my first day, and to my Uncle John's class,no less. She opened the door the classroom as quietly as she could. No use. She said to herself as she cringed, with nearly 30 pairs of eyes trained upon her. She hurried to her seat, blushing furiously. "So nice of you to finally join us, Bia." Her uncle stated with a laugh. "Yeah, sorry about that, Uncle John. Mom's sick, so I had to help Emma and Casper get ready for school." Her uncle nodded sympathetically. "Now then! How to Control Your Powers, class number one. As he spoke, Bia wondered who she would meet today. And she also wondered if she should be worried about the man who had followed her for a few blocks on the way to school. She shrugged it off for the time being and turned her attention back to the lesson, a mistake that she would soon regret.

My character is named Kana, he's about 5'10" Tall, normal build, with crazy, dark brown hair, and a long, bushy wolflike tail that has dark brown fur to match, he's got blue eyes, and a few scars. He has an array of mental-powers, super-durability and the ability to defy physics. He's generally relaxed, confident, and unique.

Kana approached the classroom door, hiding his tail in his baggy pants, he could feel his sixer in his pocket brush against said tail as he did so. He chuckled.
"I'm probably late," he said, and sighed.
"Oh well."
He opened the door and walked inside casually as usual, to discover a decent sized classroom.
"Hey, ah, I'm new here, what's up?" He said.

Bia's head snapped up. She glanced at the new comer with interest.She motioned for him to sit in the seat behind her.

She gave her uncle a glance that said,"Don't you dare make him nervous!" Her uncle nodded and continued with the lesson.

It's cool!" Kana smiled, and waved it away. He sauntered over, set his backpack under the chair and sat down next to her, taking care not to sit on his tail. He ran a hand through his hair, blinked, and rubbed his chin with the back of his hand.
