(Yep, looks good! I think now I’m just waiting for everyone to sort of approve the plot we have thought about. You could have your character in the Starbucks when Yeon and Tony come in, maybe?)
(Yeah, sounds good)
Yeon rubbed at his eyes in an annoyed member as he stepped into a local Starbucks. This was one of the last places that the files had been seen. He had already gotten his ass kicked for the middle man loosing it in the first place. There was a decent sized bruise on his lower rib area that was sure to remind him with every ache. It wasn’t his fault that some bastard had to stop in and grab a coffee or something. “Maybe we should ask the workers?” He suggested in a low, accent filled tone to the other man he was with, Antonio.
"Yeah, if they found something they should have it in like a lost and found or something right?" Tony looked around the cafe.
“Hopefully. If they looked at it, I think I’d have a heart attack. Well, if the boss didn’t tear me apart first,” Yeon said, a joking edge in his tone as he tried to lighten the mood a tad.
Tony laughed knowing that the boss probably would. "Let's go ask then,"
Yeon walked up to the counter, leaning on it with his hands. He glanced at the young woman standing there, her name tag reading ‘Raven’. “¡Buenas tardes!” he greeted in as cheerful of a tone as he could manage. “I accidentally left something here the other day, a, uh, flash drive. You wouldn’t have happened to have found one, would you?”
Tony scratched his head and said nothing, he preferred to be quiet, unnoticed.
Elide was sitting in the back of the coffee shop, working on a new piece of writing. She took a sip of her coffee and noticed the two men that had just walked in. Elide came to this shop most days to try and work on whatever she was writing and she’d never seen these two before.
(srry about that)
Raven looked at the man that came up to her and smiled at him. "No, I haven't seen a flash drive around here. If anyone from the staff finds it, we will immediately return it to you, sir." She lied because the man in front of her wasn't the man that dropped the flash drive which was currently in a pocket in her apron.
Tony squinted at Raven, "Are you positive?" Tony had a thing for sensing lies.
"Yep!" She said, looking at the other man dead in the eyes, not wanting them to know she was lying.
"If you find anything please let us know, our friend is very upset that he lost it," Tony responded insinuating they weren't the ones who lost it.
"Of course, sir. We'll try our best to find the flash drive." She responded, and patted the pocket with the flash drive just to make sure it was there.
Tony looked back unconvinced but said thanks anyways.
Elide noticed the movement of the girl at the counter. Noticed her pocket the drive these men wanted. She turned her head back to her writing not wanted to make a scene.
She quickly smiled at the men and went back to serving other people their drinks while glancing at the clock every so often, waiting for the shift to be over.
Tony sighed, he knew she had their drive and he had an idea of how he was going to get it. He walked over and knocked someones coffee off their table in what looked like an accident, "I'm so sorry!" He pretended to apologize waiting for Raven to come and help clean it up.
Elide made her way to the bathroom, she left her computer open hoping that it wouldn’t be stolen. No one would think to steal it. Would they?
Raven saw the spill and quickly went over to get a cloth to clean the coffee spill. After she was at the table, she cleaned up the mess, making sure not to drop the flash drive in her pocket. "Would you like a new drink sir?" She asked the man that spilled his drink, well it was by Tony.
Tony thanked the lady, while she was cleaning up picked her apron for the flash drive successfully, he slid it into his own pocket.
She checked her pockets and realized that it wasn't here, shit. She glanced at Tony and went over to him. "Flash drive please," She held out her hand while looking at him.
