I have not, but I've been called for it 3 times. Once before I was out of highschool, once while i was in college out of state, and once while i was out of the country. All three times, i filled out the form and they exempted me

Ah. And thus the fine. Because if enough people felt that way, nobody would ever get a fair jury trial, which would fundamentally change our court system and make our already-broken justice system even more broken :/
Youre fully allowed to feel that way, and certainly, the methods that exist in the court system of extracting money from people are… extremely problematic.
