Gabriel leaned into Azriel, taking warmth from the demon. He giggled, holding onto Azriel’s arms. This only felt natural. There was nothing strange about it. Just comfort. He yawned, smiling up at Azriel. He may have had a life back home, but he was also establishing one here. Both were desirable, and he half wished one could travel between both worlds — without punishment. But nothing would change. He figured monsters obstinate creatures, not wanting their precious world infiltrated by a single human. Gabriel sighed, accepting bits of food from Azriel. He closed his eyes, letting himself relax against Azriel, not realizing he ate all his food. It was strange. Eating everything off the plate. Everything was perfect the way it was — until Azriel got up. Gabriel’s eyes grew wide, wrapping his legs around Azriel’s waist, leaning his head into his shoulder.
The walk to the bedroom wasn’t bad. Gabriel noticed how full he was. It was strange. Everything was strange. But soon, the soft mattress lay underneath him, sinking into it. He smiled up at Azriel, batting his innocent eyes. Gabriel hadn’t noticed his wound — he couldn’t feel it. Each moment disguised the pain. He welcomed the emotions, trying to dull the aching pain in the back of his head.
Azriel couldn't help but have a happy smile. Gabriel just lit up the room. It was such a switch. He remembered how grumpy the human had been when he first came. He was grumpy and irritable and to be frank, quite annoying to Azriel. But ever since they had finally decided to take a leap, ever since Azriel had kissed him, things had gotten better between the two of them. Things had started to lighten up even before then when Azriel had let him cook dinner. That had taken a lot from both of them. And it had worked out. Because now, Gabriel was sitting on the bed, staring up at him with doe eyes and he was giving in. He couldn't resist it. He reached a hand forward to cup his chin, tipping Gabriel's head back so he could lean down and place a small kiss on his lips. But he stopped before he went any further.
"I want you to tell me how far you want to go," he murmured. He didn't want to overstep any boundaries. "I want you to tell me exactly what you want. And if you don't tell me, I won't do anything. Because I'm not going to guess and worry about overstepping. So, I need you to tell me, darling." His hand slid forward to cup his cheek, his thumb caressing the skin softly. He gently bumped their noses together before standing up straight.
Gabriel looked up at Azriel, smiling. Ever since he had been presented with the kiss, his mood had increased. Having someone to love made his situation better. He wanted to play with Azriel. Be his partner. Sure, it was odd, but something switched in his brain. Azriel seemed better as well. The demon had annoyed Gabriel. He didn’t like how perfect everything had to be. He was trying to survive in a new place, not destroy it. But now it’s different. Their relationship had improved. Gabriel liked to have some control, not being told what to do every second of the day. He didn’t like being micromanaged. But Azriel seemed to lean that. He looked up at Azriel with his sweet, innocent eyes. He leaned into Azriel's touch, letting him tilt his head back, inviting the kiss. Gabriel hummed, smiling, whining as Azriel stopped.
Gabriel blushed, batting his eyes. “I want kisses. I want to feel bare skin.” He whispered, trying to lean up and kiss Azriel. “You won’t overstep. I promise.” He bumped his nose against Azriel’s, whining for touch. Gabriel loved kisses and touch. It meant someone loved him, at least in his head.
Azriel pulled his head back just out of reach as Gabriel tried to kiss him. He had a playful smile on his lips. His thumb traced Gabriel's lips, pulling the bottom lip down for a moment. He watched him for a moment with a small smile. Gabriel seemed to have no boundaries at the moment but Azriel didn't believe that. He wasn't sure how much he would like it if he tried to top him. Or bottom with him. He still wanted to take this slow. He wanted to do this right by Gabriel even if they only have a few weeks together. "I need you to promise me that you'll tell me to stop if I do something you don't like or if I'm hurting you." It wasn't that he would hurt him on purpose but they were dealing with a head wound and if Gabriel wanted to bottom for him, that was something entirely different. Though Azriel hadn't topped in a while, it might take him a moment to remember everything he needed to do to stay in control.
Once Gabriel promised to relay anything uncomfortable to Azriel, he dipped down his head to kiss him. He climbed on the bed and straddled his lap. His kisses were soft and gentle at first. He wasn't trying to rush this. It was only just afternoon. They had all day to enjoy themselves.
Gabriel whined, reaching out for Azriel further. It was useless. The demon wouldn’t reward him with a treat. At least not until Gabriel proved boundaries weren’t an issue. He giggled, his lower lip sensitive. Tingles spread throughout his lower jaw. The blonde giggled, pleased with the demon’s movements. He didn’t want to be anywhere else. Gabriel didn’t know his boundaries, truth be told. He figured he would find out, letting Azriel take the lead. It would help him figure things out, understand himself better. “I promise. I will tell you to stop if I feel uncomfortable or if I feel pain. I wouldn’t let you hurt me.” He smiled. He was aware of the head wound, but it didn’t bother him too much. Gabriel didn’t even remember it was there. He was too enveloped in the moment. Azriel had cracked Gabriel’s stubborn, unhappy attitude, discovering a delightful person underneath. He waited for Azriel to continue, stretching his legs out and cracking his knuckles. He peered up at Azriel, a cheeky smirk plastered on his face.
Gabriel would warn Azriel of nay discomfort or pain. He didn’t enjoy either himself. Why let another do that to him? His face blazed, hot fire enveloping it once Azriel finally kissed him. It was what he waited for. Gabriel enjoyed Azriel’s kisses. They were the equivalent to heaven. He hummed once Azriel straddled his hips, a smiling spreading across his face as he slowly kissed the demon. He didn’t mind taking their time. There was so much time ahead.
