Salmook: mild shock, he's not exactly familiar with a "butterfly," but he can tell it's some type of insult
"Well- well, I call it 'Not wanting to die before I grow up.'"

Gabriella: She had done nothing while the guardian had attacked. She just stood there, off to the side, drinking wine from a glass that seemed to refill itself every time it was emptied. Had she zoned out? Perhaps. It would make the most sense as to why she didn't help. Her eyes widened ever so slightly as a tiny dragon appeared out of nowhere. God damn it, why was it so cute?

(no i didn't read what happened but shhh hopefully i don't go poof like last time)

Tseth: Chuckles “Being cautious is good. Too much, though, and you miss out. A fear of death.. not something I’ve had for a while, but it’s also a good thing to have.” He pauses, and looks at the dragon again. “Perhaps you can start with this little creature.”

Alex: Looks around again, noticing Gabriella. She hadn’t done anything during the fight. He notices her looking somewhere, and he follows her gaze to find Tseth… and a small creature similar to a butterfly mimic. “Seems he always manages to find some kind of creature when he steps outside…” He doesn’t really say it to anyone.

Dragon: awkwardly scrabbles up Tseth’s arm to his shoulder, looking around at everyone from his new perch, wide eyed

Resh: slowly sits up, then just kinda stares at everyone, completely silent

Juni: Sits next to Resh and leans against him

Salmook: shakes his head "No thank you… I'll bet it does something… scary."
he moves closer to Resh and Juni and sits a polite distance away

Tseth: “If you insist.” He eyes the dragon on his shoulder for a moment, before walking over and sitting next to Alex and the others.

Alex: Looking at the dragon “I see you’ve made a new friend.”

Dragon: Stares at Alex, his pupils dilated

Resh: Looks at the dragon “Oh, look. A little ankle biter.” He sounds tired and a little pissed off

Alex: Stares at the dragon in return

Dragon: Pounces on Alex

Alex: Why “Ack-“ He tries to grab the small dragon, to pry it off him.

Dragon: Hisses at Alex then climbs up onto his head, flaring out his wings and squawking at the group

Resh: Staring at Alex and the dragon

Salmook: lost in thought for a bit, but snaps out of it with a realization
"Is that thing a… baby? How… big do you think its mater is?"

Dragon: Hisses at Alex then climbs up onto his head, flaring out his wings and squawking at the group

Alex: “What the hell is wrong with this thing-“

Tseth: He tries not to laugh, and fails. “I think you should stop trying to take him off of you, Alex. You’re making him angry.”

Alex: He lets out an irritated sigh as the dragon keeps squawking on top of his head.

Salmook: lost in thought for a bit, but snaps out of it with a realization

Tseth: “That’s a good question. Things like this in our world usually stay this size, but since here is so different I can’t say much.” He looks up at the dragon again.

Dragon: Huffs and curls up on Alex’s head

Resh: He looks slightly amused, but still tired (when is he not-)

Juni: “I think it’s kind of cute-“

Tseth: “Perhaps it should have a name.”

Alex: Tseth no “You don’t need to name every animal you come across-“

Salmook: sighs out of resignation, generally unsurprised
"A name would be alright… I guess. What does it call itself?"

Resh: glances at Salmook “I don’t think we can find that out. It seems like it only speaks in weird little squawks.” tilts his head “Let’s see what idiotic name Tseth comes up with.”

Juni: “Don’t be mean-“

(Resh is extremely salty atm)

Tseth: “Well, I’ll do better than Sunshine, if that’s what you’re afraid of.” He has a smug look on his face as he speaks to Resh.

Resh: Glares at Tseth and lets out a low growl

Juni: distressed “Can we not fight right now..?”

Tseth: I hate you so much “Very well. I think Parvus would be a good name for this little creature.”

Alex: Look what you did. He’s gonna get attached to it now. “Mm- now can someone get it off of my head-”

Resh: Stands up, walks over to Alex, and picks up Parvus “There.”

Parvus: Offended squawk

Resh: Rolls his eyes “Oh, what are you gonna do?”

Alex: You should not be standing but honestly right now whatever “Thanks.”

Tseth: Laying down on the ground now, looking up at the sky and treetops.

Resh: Glances at Tseth, then tosses Parvus in his direction

Parvus: Scuttles towards Tseth and squawks at him, nipping at his ears

Resh: Snickers and walks back towards Juni, sitting next to her again

Tseth: “Oh, seriously-“ He sits back up, glaring at Resh, and then Parvus. “Why are you biting me, I’m not the one who threw you.”

Alex: He chuckles as he watches Tseth talk to Parvus, before quickly looking back down at the ground.

Resh: Smirks at Tseth “It’s your little fuck. You named it, it’s your problem. You’re welcome.”

Parvus: Squawks again and looks offended at Tseth sitting up
