She shook her head as she followed after the group of teens, "yes of course let's go to most haunted place here." She muttered to Frederick her ferret. He was on her shoulder, nodding.
She didn't want to tell anyone but she hated ghost stories.
They freaked her out…she didn't know why she decided to come on this trip in the first place.
She was a little scared when she saw the armor move before realizing it was just fin. She huffed at him following them.
"Maybe.. a dead body?" She spoke, trying to add onto the conversation.
"did you hear me saying NOT to go there? really? we're going there anyway?"
"Dead body?" Seric rushes to the front of the group instinctively, then jogs ahead.
"We're going in there anyway?" Amelia asked. Seric turned, continuing but walking backward. She smirked. "Where else? The point is to find the weirdest stuff." She stated it like it was fact, when really she was just curious and wanted to find something scary.
Amelia groaned. "whatever. i'll come, i guess." She was excited, but wouldn't let it show.
She moved to walk in the back of the group letting out a soft sigh. "I suppose everyone's coming then..' She spoke aloud though not very loud to the group. She wasn't expecting a response when she spoke, but she wouldn't be upset if she got one.
"id certainly not want to be left alone in this place. although, i wouldn't be against staying back with you."
"Yes ma'am. Everyone is going anyway." she said, slowing down
(sorry it's short I'm in school rn)
She offered a soft smile at Amelia, "thanks anyway, but I think we're being forced to go anyways."
Seric continued walking at a normal pace. She stopped at the end of the hall, a door on either side and a mirror in front of the group. She looked at the mirror for a moment, then turned back. "Which door?"
"Lets go to the left one" she said, not really giving a chance to respond, as she opened the door and walked in. She saw a bit of movement out of the corner of her eye but dismissed it as her friends. She ran in and ran to the door across the room. She opened it, and on the other side was a large balcony, definitely large enough for all of them. She teetered over the edge, her feet lifting off the ground slightly, threatening to slip at any moment
She shook her head as the lead girl ran into the room first, she was glad she was going to enter most likely last. She didn't want to be in that room as long as possible. She tried not to let anything show on her face, though Frederick nuzzled her face to calm her down.
Her feet touched the ground once again, and she walked around the room. The ceiling was tall, and the windows were as large, if not bigger, than the windows downstairs. There were drapes on the walls, dot really depicting much, just red and gold patterning. There was a matching rug on the floor in the exact center, and an extravagant white and gold bed off to the side. There was a big white dresser on the wall by the door to the hallway, and a matching couch almost in the center, with chairs on each side to go with it, in front of a coffee table. The whole setup was facing a fireplace built into the wall. All of this in a room with cold stone walls. The room was beautiful
"I claim this bedroom!" Amelia said, sitting on the bed. it was beautiful, and if she stayed in this one, nobody else could get too hurt. also, she wanted a chance to try and communicate with the ghost(s) that stayed near this room. (amelia is probably going to be the victim. actually, almost definitely. i wont feel bad.)
(ill keep that in mind >:))
Seric watched Amelia for a moment. She walked down the hall. "I'll take this one," She said, her hand on the door.
"alright. that one is the second-most haunted one, but whatever." she muttered. She had already claimed the most haunted one. there were other bedrooms on various floors and in other wings. there were bathrooms scattered around the buildings, and several office rooms. at least two kitchens. it was a rather big house, but there were only two bedrooms in this wing.
"Good choice. I'm hungry. Anyone else wanna get something to eat?" She said, waiting for an answer for only a moment, before running out of the room, tripping on her own foot, and falling flat of her face. "I'm okay!" She declared before getting up and running towards the stairs. She was way to excited over this, and for the matter, way to clumsy to be running through a castle
"DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHERE THE KITCHEN IS?" Amelia exclaimed. she groaned, locking her room door behind her with the key she found. "WAIT UP!" she said, running after.
She watched as people started claiming bedrooms, she looked around figuring there wasn't anymore bedrooms near to where they were. She would just claim the next one they came across, though it depended on how it looked.
She sighed and jogged after the two girls that ran off.
"Nope! I'm gonna find it though!" She yelled back. After a few minutes, they group heard a lot of loud clanging and crashing, as though someone had ran into something "SON OF A BUISNESS GOOSE" She yelled. She had run into some low hanging pots and fell on the floor. "I need to calm down." she said, just laying on the floor. She laid there until someone walked in
(I swear that there's a point behind all her falling. There's a few things I'm trying to establish)
(Alright lol, I didn't mind it that much though because its a real feels moment)
She ran up behind her and saw the girl laying on the floor and she just looked at her.
"You alright?" She raised a brow as she stared down at her, Frederick also staring down at her.
Seric followed the noise of someone falling, again. "Jeez, was that the second time?" She laughed, half joking. She held her hand out to Rainnee.
"Yea, I'm good. And yes. Yes it was." She remarked, taking Seric's hand. "So I highly doubt there's food here, but it wouldn't hurt to look." She said, looking through the kitchen. She went through the pantry. Nothing. The cabinets. Nothing but dishes. She went through the drawers more dishes. She finally looked in the fridge. There was some bologna, a half-full 2 liter of Mt.Dew, and 2 pickles in a jar. It looked like someone was here, but hadn't been grocery shopping in a while. She turned to Toshiaki and Seric. "I think this is stuff the old residents left." She closed the fridge. "I'm gonna go grocery shopping. See what we can get. Anyone want to come with?"
"I'll come!" Seric offers.
She shrugged,
"I'll come too I guess, why not." She looked at the two of the girls standing the room with her, moving to pet Frederick as she spoke.
"Awesome!" She said, walking past them and towards the door for probably the first time since she got there. shouting "We're going out! Ghost's, be good!" as if she were a parent leaving her kids home alone. She continued walking towards the car and stood next to it "Who's driving?"
