With that setup, allow me to explain the lore behind these werewolves. They're very European styled, but a little bit more wolf-like. They also keep their consciousness when they transform. There are two types of werewolves; Natural-born werewolves and transformed werewolves.

Natural-born werewolves are in their wolf form for a large amount of time. They have better control over their transformation and can change 100% at will. They also have a limited, but quite unique variety of colours that resembles a wild wolf. They are raised in packs and aren't typically aggressive unless provoked. They usually feast on deer and similar woodland mammals.

Transformed werewolves are in their wolf form for a very small amount of time. Transformations are provoked by either the full moon or by intense rage that can blow their cover. Their fur is always the natural colour of their hair and they are the only werewolves capable of having blue eyes. They are often seen running on two legs and are usually aggressive, considering the triggers of their transformation. They feast on livestock and do actually attack humans. Children of transformed werewolves (in human form) are still considered transformed werewolves.

Humans aren't aware there's a difference between the two.

Name: Alpine

Personality: Alpine is quite curious and excitable. She loves to explore new places and make new friends. She can be described as overly trusting and she just doesn't get why people don't like her kind.
Appearance (Human): In human form, Alpine has short white hair that is styled in a bob. She wears a simple tunic and leggings.
Appearance (Wolf): Alpine has well-groomed white fur, which forms a mane around her neck, and light green eyes. She's a bit on the small side.

Name: Eris (Nickname: Eri)

Age: 24

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/they

Species: Werewolf

Subspecies: Natural-born

Personality: She is snarky most of the time and done with the human's crap. She comes off as unapproachable at times. They are distrustful of those who are new to them. She avoids exploring places near human borders and rather keep quiet. They can be scornful towards other wolves to keep them safe. She's not afraid to bare their teeth. She's stubborn and has a tendency to be arrogant. Eris is quick to make judgments and assumptions. She's a loner most of the time, using her human form to blend into humans if necessary to not be killed. They're willing to build a stronger pack than their last one. They've been around the bend, their mother passing wisdom of survival.

Appearance (Human): In her human form, Eris stands at 5’3. They have wavy bangs that fall on the left side. Their hair is brown that fades into light brown. It's long enough to curl under their ears. She has a heart face shape. She has almond eyes that are chestnut brown. Her nose is a button. They have few scars on the left of their jaw. They're athletic, being a good runner, and they're pretty lean. Their skin tone is honey. She is seen wearing a plain t-shirt and black sweatpants. She also wears an old varsity jacket they found in the woods.

Appearance (Wolf): Eris is a smaller, brown-furred timber wolf. She has lighter markings around her muzzle, underbelly, and paws. The dorsal side of her body has dark fur fading into brown. Her fur is wild and not groomed often. The same scars part their fur on the left side of their face. Their eyes are chestnut, and their fur is on the shorter side. She's lean and a swift hunter. Other: Not a particular fan of the transformed (For they're violent and inability to control themselves), but will look past her views to keep each wolf safe.

Personality: Quite, he keeps to himself, and tries to avoid attention. He is nervous and shy when confronted, but he is also commanding and makes a strong leader. (not that anyone would let him be)
Appearance (Human): Alex has messy white hair with a mix of gray and black. He is 5'6. He has an athletic build and wears normal, basic and not worth looking twice at clothes.
Appearance (Wolf): Alex has white fur, thick and soft. He has red-brown eyes that seem to glow. He is a medium to small sized wolf.
Other: He avoids being seen as neither wolf nor human, and doesn't like either form.

Name: Ember Grace
Age: 21
Gender: female
Pronouns: she/her
Species (Human or Werewolf): werewolf :)
Subspecies: Natural-born (if that's okay. I know there's a lot already in here)

Personality: Ember Grace is quiet, more on the shy side. She has a lot of trust issues that derive from fear of others. She has a very submissive personality and she doesn't really know how to stand up for herself.
She likes puns and stupid jokes and she loves writing. Ember's the type to most likely have a diary even though she knows she'd get made fun of for having one.
Ember processes her feelings out loud so when she cant do that she writes it down. Any big emotion she feels really. Most of her life, she hasn't had people to talk to so she's gotten used to it. Ember likes to think she has a sense of humor but its actually pretty bad, not able to pick up social ques to easily. She's high functioning autistic and she also has quite a bit of social anxiety. Though she is a generally happy person.

Appearance (Human):
Ember Grace stands about the average height of a human female, at 5'5 and has a very small frame. She has a very pale complexion, light brown freckles splattered along her body. She has soft strawberry blonde hair that is a little curly but barely.
Her nose is small and goes into a soft point with a smaller bridge. Her cheeks are full and round, always having a splotchy blush to them. She has full yet smaller in width, heart shaped lips that are naturally a bit more saturated than your average pink color.
She has softly shaped almond eyes pointing more down making her look sad most of the time. Her eyelashes are just a bit darker than her hair, looking more of a ginger color. She has beautiful cognac eyes that appear to be glowing in the sunlight.
She has a soft jawline, not as defined but not unnoticeable.
Her limbs are more on the thin side, her human form weighing only about 120lbs.
She normally wears sundresses of any lighter color, has flowers in her hair and pearls are her favorite jewelry.

Appearance (Wolf):
Her coat a soft orange-golden fox like color, her underbelly white along with the underside of her tail, her paws and the fluff inside of her ears. Her eyes the same Cognac color as her human form.
Embers frame is much smaller than most wolves from her natural build to how she holds herself. She keeps herself lower to the ground a lot of times, ready to bolt at any sudden, or loud movements. Shes very fast and agile, able to get out of almost any situation she would like to but she can't find to save her life. (ah i feel like im missing something but idkk)

Personality: Timber tends to appear as a rather serious, quiet type who only speaks after thinking first. Despite living in an environment where community is highly valued, he tends to like being on his own. He does care about his family and friends very much, however, and is generally a caring person once you get to know him. He’s just bad at showing he cares, and expressing his emotions as well, which can make it a little difficult to understand him.
Appearance (Human): he stands at about 5’9 with lean, muscular frame and light brown skin with warm undertones. His jaw is sharp and angular, and his nose is straight but flat. He has narrow, grey eyes, and thick eyebrows, which can give him a resting b-face. His hair is long and shaggy, reaching past his neck and sometimes covering his eyes. It’s dark gray in color, with lighter gray bits in the front. There are a couple of small scars and bite marks on his arms and midriff, and his canine teeth are distinctly sharp.
Appearance (Wolf): as a wolf he is about 3 and a half feet in height and 6 feet in length, a bit larger than an average wolf. His fur is similar to his hair color, though it appears more brackish, with other variations in color and becoming a lighter grey on his belly, chest, muzzle, and the inside of his ears. His eyes are the same as they are in human form.
Other: Timber is one of the younger sons of the leader in his pack.

Name: Twilight

Personality: Upon first meeting him, one would describe him as very violent towards others. His first reaction upon seeing something that he feels he doesn’t understand or find threatening is to attack. Attack first, ask questions later, that whole deal. He is also generally a very angry person, though this anger covers an underlying fear he has been carrying his whole life. His moral compass is basically kaput, and his brain is always in this kind of survival mindset. In some cases, especially in front of other humans, he can put up an edgy, ‘don’t even talk to me’ kind of disposition when he sees something new in order to hide the violence he’s capable of. However, he is extremely loyal to his twin sister, to the point that he would kill for her. The moments he shares with her are the few times where he is not in an attack first, ask questions later, survival mindset and he shows both physical and verbal affection.
note: since he is human most of the time, he will seem very gruff and vaguely threatening during the rp. He does not get much of a chance to carry out violence physically.
Appearance (Human): He stands at about 6 feet, with a very thin, almost malnourished looking figure, with muscles and bones very easily seen. He has sunken cheeks and eye sockets, dark, honeyed eyes, and a dark complexion. His raven-colored hair is very long, reaching to about halfway down his calf. It often looks tangled and oily. There are many scars on his body, though mostly on his torso, shoulders, and legs.
Appearance (Wolf): he is about 3 feet tall and 6’7 in length. His fur is entirely black, and his eyes are a blood orange color. His malnourished figure can still be seen in this form, with visible ribs and appearing almost stick-like. Some of the scars can also still be seen, even with his thick fur.
Other: an avid livestock hunter. May have killed a human once. He and his sister travel alone together, and they have no pack

Name: Midnight
Age: 22
Gender: female
Pronouns: she/her
Species: werewolf
Subspecies: transformed
Personality: Midnight would be described as the ‘crazy in the head’ one of the pair. Like her brother, she is also very violent, but this also includes herself as well as others. Whenever she does partake in a violent act, she appears to actually be enjoying it, often laughing or smiling as she does. Though this paints her as some psychopathic, heartless monster, it does cover up a major sense of disassociation and depression she feels whenever she isn’t doing anything as stimulating as ripping through flesh. Ripping something apart with her bare hands and being with her brother are the only things that really make her feel alive. Sometimes, when she has been dissociating for too long, she will go mute, and this usually occurs when she’s around other humans. Just as her brother is loyal to her, she is extremely loyal to him. Play-fighting with him is one of her favorite past times.
note: since she is human most of the time, she will appear extremely depressed and quiet during the rp. She usually won’t get much of a chance to carry out violence.
Appearance (Human): she is Twilight’s identical twin, so she looks very similar to him in most ways. An exception would be her eyes, as they have a darker, more piercing look to them. She also has more scars on her body, as she sometimes (TW) has a habit of harming herself.
Appearance (Wolf): she looks practically identical to her brother in this form, though again, she has more scars.
Other: an avid livestock hunter. Definitely killed a human once. She and her brother travel alone together, and they have no pack
