"would you like to watch a movie?" Emmett asked softly, nudging his chin into the nape of Rowan's neck.

"Sure, what do you want to watch?" he leaned into Emmett.

"anything but I was thinking maybe Casper, It's a cute movie and I actually kind of love it to be honest." He said with a small smile, snuggling into Rowan.

"I've never seen it." he replied, smiling a little as he pressed closer to Emmett.

"should we watch it in here or in the bedroom?" He asked, continuing to stroke Sidda as she purred lightly.

"Whichever you prefer." he said, gently scratching behind Smoke's ears. The kitten purred a little louder, closing his eyes.

"Im kind of tired so I'd say bedroom" he said, stretching while standing up and picking Rowan up, and gently sitting him on the bed once he walked into the bedroom.
He then went and gently scooped up both cats. placing them gently on the bed as well before lowering himself into bed next to Rowan and picking up the remote and guiding the TV to Netflix, where he turned on Casper.

(hey I heard about your bday, happy birthday and I'm sorry it sucked)

Rowan laughed a little as he was picked up and moved around, and once Emmett came back he snuggled up close to him with a soft smile. Smoke mewed when he was scooped up, and moved around the bed until he foudn the place he usually lay on, kneading his paws on it and then curling up in a ball in the spot.

Sidda snuggled onto Emmett's stomach.
"Im very tired" Emmett stated while yawning lightly, covering his mouth with his hand.

He laughed again, leaning his head on the bigger man's shoulder. "Well, go to sleep then." he replied, smiling a little.

"I just want to watch the movie" Emmett said closing his eyes gently and burying his face on the top of Rowan's head.
"But work is exhausting" Emmett added

He nodded slightly, his arms wrapped around Emmett. "I'm sorry about that, darling." he replied softly.

"its okay" Emmett mumbled kissing the top of Rowans head gently.
"Im just a little tired" he added softly.

Rowan hummed faintly, kissing Emmett in return. "Well, if you need to fall asleep, you can. I'll be here when you wake up."

"Or we could talk" Emmett suggested with a tired, faint smile grazing his lips.
"Until I fall asleep" he added quietly.

He laughed a little, smiling back. "But what about our movie?"

"We can watch it anytime" Emmett said with a sly grin.
"Right now I just want to talk to you" He said, grabbing Rowan's hand and holding it, without intertwining their hand.

Rowan smiled a little, leaning closer to Emmett. "Alright."

"Tell me about your day, every little detail" Emmett said, resting his chin on the top of Rowan's head.
"I want to hear about it" he added.

"I don't know, I just had work and stuff. I did a bit of drawing, but other than that it was just work and taking care of Smoke." he replied, shrugging his shoulders faintly.

Emmett nodded as Rowan spoke, smiling to himself softly the entire time.
"That's good" he mumbled sleepily "what did you think? Throughout the day." He asked sleepily.

"I…don't know." he wasn't quite sure how to respond to the question. "What do you mean by that?"

"like the things you thought throughout the day" Emmett whispered tiredly.
"you know?" He asked tiredly.

"I don't…it was mainly about work or just random shit that doesn't matter." he shrugged his shoulders, closing his eyes and snuggling clsoer to Emmett.

"I thought about the clouds at one point" Emmett explained.
"One looked like a bear" he added tiredly.

He laughed a little bit. "A bear cloud." he remarked, smiling. "Sounds neat."

"it was neat" he stated tiredly, rubbing his fist in his eyes, much like a small child.
"very pretty" he added sleepily. "I remember thinking it wa the neatest looking cloud I've ever seen in my life" he said, with a faint smile.

He smiled again, leaning his head on Emmett's shoulder. "I'm sure it was."

"It was at the time" Emmett said, yawning lightly.
"But my mind constantly wanders and soon enough I was interested by some other small thing that is completely non important to life." He explained tiredly.
"I'm pretty sure this time it was a frog I saw splashing around in the pond of the park I walked through to get to work this morning." He admitted.

He laughed a little bit. "Well, frogs are cute, so I don't know that I blame you."
